in this activity. The basic characteristic for all abilities is observation, that is, the ability to
understand a person, to see and distinguish certain signs in an object.
One of the leading characteristics of ability is the creative imagination of the essence of
things and phenomena. It is the result of the formation and development of the personality, but
also has a natural source. This natural source is often associated with the concept of intelligence.
Intelligence is manifested in excessive curiosity, inclination, and aspiration to a particular activity
or to many things. By signs of intelligence, one should understand the natural basis of the internal
capabilities of ability. It is the product of passion, inclination, diligence, diligence, and so on.

Ability is divided into general and special categories. General ability is understood as high
mental potential and development. Ability can be formed naturally and developed according to a
specific plan. There are ways to develop ability through inclination or aspiration to a certain
activity, identifying signs of natural intelligence, engaging in continuous activity under the
guidance of a specialist, using special means of improving ability, maximally developing the signs
of personality activity, conducting an individual approach to the human personality in harmony
with general requirements, and other means. A high level of ability is manifested in talent and
genius (see Genius). Abilities are, in fact, innate. Although the ability is innate, its development
also depends on the social environment

Recommendations on modern information and pedagogical technologies in teaching
science
Today, special attention is paid to out-of-school and extracurricular education in the proper
organization of children's free time. The main document in organizing out-of-school and
extracurricular education is the Regulation on "Barkamol Avlod" children's centers, adopted by
the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2011. The use of modern information
and pedagogical technologies in the training of future circle leaders remains a requirement of the
time. In this regard, the following should be considered when training qualified junior specialists
in vocational colleges.
- The knowledge and skills acquired in teaching specialized subjects should be based on
the requirements set out in the state education standards.
- The content of teaching in the specialty should meet the requirements of the level of
development of science, technology, and engineering.
- Modern technical means of teaching should be used - slides, multimedia and other
computer programs.
- When organizing practical lessons in the subject, the teacher should teach students the
possibilities of using information and pedagogical technologies and ensure that the student is the
main figure in such lessons.
- The classroom should have a computer, overhead projector, and a collection of resources
from the Internet for teachers and students to use. The teacher should use them in each lesson.
- The classroom should have lesson plans and examples of exhibitions prepared on modern
information and pedagogical technologies.
Planning is the distribution of exercises and methods of their implementation in various
forms of physical education work, at certain intervals. Proper planning allows for the regular use
of physical exercises and the achievement of the highest results in the educational process.
In preschool educational institutions, annual and weekly schedules of physical education
for each age group, plans and texts of physical education classes, morning gymnastics, active
games and other forms of physical education are developed.

Before starting to draw up an annual plan for his group, the educator carefully analyzes
information about the health, physical development, physical fitness of children and selects
physical exercises, including active games, from the program.
If the indicators of children's motor skills and physical qualities are above the norm, the
educator can additionally use more complex physical exercises. If the level of physical fitness of
children is not sufficient, in the initial training sessions, the exercises recommended for previous
groups can be used.
In the "Names of exercises" column, all physical exercises and active games intended for
this age group for a year are recorded.
For ease of planning and use of this plan, it is advisable to write them in a certain sequence:
first, rowing exercises, all types of basic movements, movement games with names of movements,
then sports exercises, games with sports movements.
In accordance with the program, the educator distributes exercises for his age group by
weeks of each month. In this case, he shows in what forms of work the exercises will be used.
For this, it is necessary to use the following symbols: M1 - the first physical education
lesson, M2 - lesson, E - morning gymnastics, Es - morning walk, Day s - daytime walk, Evening
s - evening walk, G m - group exercises, Ya m - individual exercises, M m - independent exercises.
When planning physical exercises, it is necessary to follow the instructions in the basic
program "Child of the Third Millennium".
When distributing physical exercises, it is necessary to take into account the conditions in
the MTM (building, size of the area), physical education equipment, attributes, climatic and
meteorological factors.
The correctness of planning depends on the theoretical training of educators, knowledge of
the technique of physical exercises, the laws of the formation of movement skills in children, the
stages of education, the system of teaching certain movements, as well as experience in working
with children.
The educator first allocates more complex movements that require a lot of time to learn
(jumping, throwing ...), as well as exercises that are part of each lesson (walking, running). He
determines how many physical education lessons a particular movement will be taught throughout
the year, the number of skills consolidation and repetitions; determines whether individual lessons
will be held in groups and on walks.

In order to ensure a comprehensive impact on the child's div, it is necessary to include
various types of physical exercises in physical education classes. It is necessary to take a creative
approach to drawing up an annual schedule for the distribution of physical exercises: if necessary,
the educator improves the form of the proposed plan.
