THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION ON MARKETING

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation have revolutionized modern marketing strategies, enhancing customer experiences, optimizing decision-making, and improving efficiency. This paper examines the impact of AI-driven automation in marketing, exploring its role in customer segmentation, personalized advertising, predictive analytics, and chatbots. The study also discusses ethical concerns, data privacy issues, and potential challenges businesses face in adopting AI-based marketing solutions. The findings suggest that while AI and automation significantly improve marketing effectiveness, companies must strategically integrate these technologies to balance efficiency with ethical responsibility.
