Methodical work is a necessary organizational basis for forming an
innovative direction of pedagogical activity, creating a specific innovative
environment in the school. Methodical work can meet the needs of pedagogues to
improve their scientific and methodological training, taking into account the
principles of individualization and differentiation. Organization of
methodological works on a differentiated basis is connected with a number of
objective and subjective conditions. First of all, it is necessary to take into account
the life and professional relationships, value orientations, experience and level of
professional skills of pedagogues. It is also necessary to take into account the
specific features of motivating pedagogues in the work on improving scientific
and methodological training, that is, determining motives, values and attitudes
towards their professional growth. It is also important to preserve and develop
the positive experience of the pre-school education organization, traditions of
methodical service activity. All this is the object of management and leadership
for the Methodist in the teaching work. Traditionally, these activities are led by
the head of the preschool education organization.
Management of methodical work in a preschool educational organization
can be effectively carried out if its tasks, content, and organizational principles
are clearly and clearly understood not only by the leader and methodologist, but
also by the educator.
In general, the tasks of methodological work in kindergarten can be
formulated as follows:
formation of an innovative direction in the activity of the pedagogical team
of the preschool educational organization, which is reflected in the systematic
study, generalization and distribution of pedagogical experience, and the
implementation of the achievements of the pedagogical science ;
increase the level of theoretical (subject) and psychological-pedagogical
training;
new educational programs , curriculum options, changes to state
educational standards ;

new pedagogical technologies, forms and methods of education and
training;
organization of work on the study of new regulatory documents, guidelines
and methodological materials; providing scientific and methodological support to
pedagogues on a diagnostic, individual and differentiated basis;
pedagogical self-education;
increase the level of general professional and pedagogical culture.
The participation of pedagogues in methodical, innovative activities
ultimately helps to form a personal pedagogical system, an individual style of
pedagogical activity. Methodical work in the preschool educational organization
allows solving problems related to the unique personality of the educator, his
professional growth, helps to determine the pedagogical values that are
important for both the pedagogical team of the preschool educational
organization and the pedagogical staff.
Innovative approach means using new methods, technologies and ideas to
introduce innovations, solve existing problems and improve efficiency in any
field, including preschool education. Innovative approaches for preschool
education organizations may include:
1. Upgrading educational content: Upgrading educational programs to
ensure that children acquire modern knowledge and skills.
2. Improving teaching methods: Use active teaching and learning methods,
such as project-based learning, hands-on experiences, game-based learning, etc.
3. Use of technologies: Improving the quality of education through the use
of interactive educational tools, educational programs, mobile applications and
Internet resources.
4. Development of the environment: Enrichment and diversification of the
educational environment to develop children's creative and critical thinking
skills.
5. Professional development of teachers: Provide professional development
programs to improve the abilities of teachers to apply innovative approaches.
6. Cooperation with parents and the public: Involving parents and the local
community in the educational process, strengthening their participation in the
activities of the educational institution.
7. Research and scientific approach: Researching educational processes,
testing new approaches and evaluating their effectiveness.
8. Multimodal teaching: Using visual, audio, and kinesthetic materials to
accommodate children's different learning styles.
