The effectiveness of antibiotic therapy in chronic suppurative otitis media

M Kunohunov, A Khakimov
We were examined 46 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. The patients were divided into two groups. Patients of the first group (23 patients) underwent standard treatment. In the second group (23 patients) in addition to conventional therapy and under the control of microbiocaenosis transtympanaly Otofa was prescribed. On patients of the second group we observed a reduction of treatment time of 3-4 days. We recommend use of the drug Otofa to patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.
