Restoration Erosion Working Surface Of Gin Rib By Welding Process

Xoshimov Xalimjon Xamidjanovich, Igamberdiyev Madaminjon Qo`Chqarboyevich, Abdullayev Shavkat Azimovich, Xoliqov Farrux Baxtiyor O`G`Li

This article describes the technology for restoring worn working surfaces of a grate of a saw gin by surfacing them. Inlet wear of the working surfaces of the grate of the gin causes poor fiber quality. Worn parts lead machines to work with a deviation from the set parameters, reduces the efficiency of machines, leads to the emergence of additional load-bearing machines, which leads to a deterioration in the operating condition and the weakening of machinery mechanisms. To prevent these drawbacks of worn parts instead of replacement with new ones, surfacing under the flux is used, which is economically profitable. Studies were conducted to study the macro- and microstructure and heat treatment of the deposited working bodies using a metallographic microscope, determine the composition based on spectral analysis, determine the hardness using the Brinell and Rockwell methods, determine the sample wear rate in an abrasive medium developed on a special machine. On the basis of the executed researches recommendations about introduction of alloying elements in building-up welding metal are given.

Effects Of A Dry Hot Climate And Salt Aggression On The Permeability Of Concrete

Abobakirova Zebuniso Asrorovna

The article presents the results of studies carried out to determine the capillary absorption (Wvs) of a saline solution during evaporation and to establish a cyclic temperature regime. It has been established that for a reliable assessment of the capillary permeability of concrete in a dry hot climate, it is sufficient to subject the samples to 60 cycles of preliminary alternating heating and cooling, followed by testing in a climatic chamber for capillary absorption of a salt solution at a temperature of 40 ° C and a relative humidity of 30%.

Theoretical Study Of The Movement Of Single And Systemic Seeds Along The Grate Of A Saw Gin With A Concave Profile

Khayrullo Sharipov, Komiljon Abdurakhimov, Sodikjon Mukhiddinov, Fotima Rustamova

The article examines a practical and theoretical study of the process of separating seeds from saw gin with installed grates with a concave profile proposed by us, in contrast to the existing grates.

Improving the efficiency of the process of separating the fibre from cotton seeds by improving the working chamber of the gin is one of the important issues. The main way to increase the efficiency of sawn gin is to increase the fibre content in the mass of seeds in the working chamber with a uniform decrease in its density. This can be achieved by using grates with a concave working surface, which serves to move the seeds away from the rotating saws and accelerate the release of bare seeds from the working chamber. The article discusses the movement of seeds on the concave surface of the grate and determines the rational parameters of their working part.

Calculation Of The Control Circuit Of The Internal Combustion Engine Of The Vehicle With Account For The Mechatronic Adapter Of The Oxygen Sensor

Umerov Fikret Shevket Oglu

A control model and elements of the control system of an internal combustion engine are considered, which make it possible to adjust the fuel - air mixture in the intake depending on the operating mode of the internal combustion engine. The aim of the study is to evaluate theoretical ways to improve the performance of the control system for an internal combustion engine, allowing to improve the adjustment of the fuel-air mixture at the engine intake, depending on the mechatronic adapter of the oxygen sensor. Dosing of the amount of fuel depends on the duration and correctness of the signals supplied from the sensors of the mechatronic control system, and affects the ecology of the environment. The duration of the electric pulse of the injector control and the ignition moment are calculated by the microcontroller of the mechatronic engine control system (MSUD) depending on the sensor signals: the composition of the exhaust gases, the opening of the throttle valve, air temperature, engine temperature, engine speed, load and other sensors. The stability of the engine performance is largely determined by the speed of the mechatronic system.
