Umar Saeed, Sara Rizwan Uppal , Zahra Zahid Piracha , Rizwan Uppal

There have been several outbreaks of antimicrobial resistant (AMR) strains of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi that cause extensively drug resistant (XDR) typhoid fever in Pakistan. It has been observed that many clinicians use serological diagnostic tests such as Widal agglutination, and TyphiDOT that detects IgM and IgG antibodies against the outer membrane protein of S. Typhi. However, it has been confirmed by many scientists that these test may lead to misdiagnosis against XDR S. Typhi. Due to lack of implementation strategies health authorities are unable to hamper Widal or TyphiDOT tests which are still practiced in many rural and urban areas.

Epilepsy has attracted the attention of various specialists for many centuries, due to the spread of this disease in the population, the complexity of the etiology and pathogenesis, the polymorphism of clinical manifestations, the severity of the course, potentially severe clinical and social consequences, insufficiently effective treatment. According to WHO, the lack of adequate information on the epidemiological characteristics of epilepsy in many countries causes significant deficiencies in the organization of medical care. Epilepsy is one of the most common and severe diseases of the nervous system. The risk of developing epilepsy varies greatly with age. The peak incidence of epilepsy occurs in childhood and adolescence. After the second decade of life, the risk of epilepsy is significantly reduced. However, in some cases, epileptic seizures persist in patients until old age, and can also occur for the first time in old and senile age.

Persistent Coaching Of Clinical Understudies Gives Space To Reflection And Attention To Their Own Turn Of Events

Maha Farooq Moussa

The point of the review was to expand comprehension of the significance of ceaseless gathering and individual coaching for clinical understudies' close to home and expert turn of events. A subjective methodology with individual understudy meets and guided substance examination was picked to research and decipher the significance of mentorship. Five topics arose: psychosocial support by the tutor, a relationship with a doctor underneath the expert surface, space for something different, attention to one's own turn of events and reflection and learning with peers. The mentorship made a space where one could discuss 'different things'. The relationship with the tutor was more close to home than relations to instructors or chiefs. During the gathering meetings the understudies could reflect and learn in cooperation with others. Intermittent reflection about oneself and one's abilities prompted attention to one's own turn of events. Joined gathering and individual tutoring makes space for reflection on the humanistic parts of the expert job. A tutoring relationship can be strong and individual without continuous gatherings and knowing each other well. Coherence in mentorship assists understudies with thinking about and perceive their own proficient turn of events.

Features Of The Clinical And Laboratory Course Of Tuberculosis Lymphadenopathy In Patients Without And With HIV Infection

Mirazim Alimovich Khakimov , Zarifa Abduraubovna Muminova

Tuberculous lymphadenopathy without HIV infection, in comparison with those with HIV infection, was characterized by a more favorable clinical course, limited lesion and, especially important, limited caseous-necrotic changes. Analysis of the histological picture of the removed lymph nodes in patients with HIV-i made it possible to distinguish three activities of tuberculous lymphadenopathy: an inactive phase (with a predominance of a productive cellular reaction) - in 3 patients (5.3%), an active (with a predominantly productive-necrotic tissue reaction) - in 11 patients (19.3%), the phase of progression of the pathological process (mainly necrotic lesions, suppuration and formation of fistulas) - in 43 patients (75.4%). It was found that the inactive phase is 5.5 times more common in patients without HIV than in patients with HIV (29.3% and 5.3%, respectively, P˂0.001), while the active phase and the progression phase was 1.5 and 1.3 times more frequent in patients with HIV than in patients without HIV (19.3% and 13.1, respectively, P˃0.5; 75.4% and 57, 6%, respectively, P˂0.02).

Histological Appearance Of The Liver In Experimental Injury

Alimbay Kamalovich Mangitov, Rajabbay Israilovich Israilov, Kamiljan Abdukarimovich Yuldashev

In this work, the morphofunctional state has been studied at various times after the simulation of experimental syphilis.  It is noted that discirculatory and dystrophic changes develop in the early stages of the study. The appearance of focal and massive necrosis of hepatocytes is accompanied by the development of an inflammatory process in the form of lymphoid infiltration around necrosis and hypertrophy of Kupffer cells.  Subsequently, lymphohistiocytic infiltration spreads along the portal tracts, in which plasma cells and eosinophils appear, which are characteristic of syphilitic inflammation.

Morphological Characteristics Of The Kidney In Chronic Alcoholism

Hamrayev Izzat Sayfullaevich

This research aimed to study the nature of pathomorphological changes in the kidney in chronic alcoholism in rats. In the present study, we have studied experimentally the nature of pathomorphological changes in the kidneys in chronic alcoholism in rats. The longer the intoxication is, the more the kidneys are damaged and homeostatic shifts are more pronounced in young animals. In an experiment on rats, it was found that taking ethanol orally has a short-term effect on kidney tissue and affects water-salt metabolism. Histologically, there are foci of acute inflammation of nephrocytes, spasm of small arterioles, and on the 15th day, atrophic changes in the renal parenchyma. Long-term alcohol intoxication (AIM) leads to persistent morphological disorders of the nephron, which are manifested in changes in the shape and size of the glomerulus, partial sclerosis of loops, vacuolar dystrophy of endothelial cells and partial vacuolar dystrophy of the tubular epithelium, especially the distal part.

Developing An Integrated Approach To Dental Implant Planning In Patients With Background Pathology And Covid – 19

Javlonbek Jamoliddinovich Mannonov , Barno Jurakhonovna Pulatova , Mukhayo Ubayevna Asilova

The use of intraosseous dental implants is one of the most distinctive features of modern dentistry. Implant-based prosthetic constructions are more physiological in comparison with traditional prosthetic techniques, since they transfer the chewing load directly to the alveolar bone of the jaw, besides, they do not require the preparation of neighboring teeth. Therefore, it is not surprising that in recent years, their use has become quite well known and appreciated by practitioners and patients alike. However, despite all the advantages, there are a number of contraindications and limiting factors to the use of implants [5,11].

Xolboeva Nasiba Asrorovna , Turaev Alim Baxriddinovich , Islamova Nilufar Bustanovna, Davronov Sodiqjon Valijon O’g’li , Turaeva Kamila Furqat Qizi

"One picture is worth a thousand words" - Frederic Bernard Currently, many dentists use a camera in their daily practice, turning into photographers for a while. In aesthetic dentistry, the main tool for diagnosis and communication is the art and practice of obtaining a photo. The use of dental photography is the standard of modern dental treatment, since photographs of the results of treatment facilitate understanding of the features of dental intervention. And most importantly, visualization increases the motivation of the patient and promotes the establishment of friendly relations between him and the doctor.
