Clinical And Experimental Substantiation Of The Effectiveness Of Ozone In The Surgical Treatment Of Appendicular Peritonitis In Children

Yusupov Shukhrat Abdurasulovich

The article examines the use of ozone in the surgical treatment of common appendicular peritonitis in children. The use of ozone in clinical medicine is based on its oxidative, antioxidant, disinfectant, bactericidal, detoxifying, immunocorrecting, antihypoxic. An experimental model of peritonitis was created on 41 white Wistar rats of both sexes. Morphological studies of the effect of ozone therapy on the course of peritonitis in experimental animals allowed us to establish the high effectiveness of this method in the treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity and the prevention of the formation of adhesions, which was the basis for the use of ozone in clinical practice.

Communication Of Quality Of Life Indicators, Functional Methods Of Research And Neuromarker BNDF In Patients With Diabetes Mellitus 2 With Diabetic Foot Syndrome

Alimkhanov Olimkhon Omilkhonovich, Kamalov Telman Tulyaganovich

The purpose of the study is to study the correlation rate of the quality of life, electroneuromyography, doppler and neuro markers BNDF in the blood in patients with a type 2 of type with diabetic foot syndrome.

Methods: The following 2 groups of patients were formed: 1 gr. - SDS patients, neuropathic form -37 patients, 2 gr. - SDS patients, neuroichmic form -35 patients, 3 gr. - Control group, these are 20 healthy persons of the appropriate age and gender.

Results: In all groups of patients, the quality of life is significantly different in the FSHC questionnaire compared with the control group (p <0.05). In patients with a neuroecemic form of diabetic foot syndrome, a significant decrease was found (p <0.05). All indicators of doppler song vessels of legs compared with patients with neuropathic shape.

Revealed significant correlations of FSHK and laboratory and instrumental indicators. A correlation connection with the duration of the disease, the duration of the disease, the levels of glycemia of an empty stomach, the level of the glycated haemoglobin, BNDF in the blood, the speed of blood flow in the femoral artery, in the lower leg, is discovered.

The definition of neuromuscular transmission showed that the patients of the 1st and 2nd groups have a weak reduction in muscle contraction involuntarily. This confirmed the impairment of neuromuscular transmission in both groups.

Conclusions: 1) A questionnaire to determine the quality indicators - FSHK is the most sensitive and informative to determine the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with neuropathic and neuroecemic forms

2) FSHP questionnaire can be used for dynamic assessment of type 2 diabetes patients with neuropathic and neuroecemic forms in outpatient clinical practice.

3) Revealed significant correlations of FSHK and laboratory and instrumental indicators. A correlation connection with the duration of the disease, the duration of the disease, the levels of glycemia on an empty stomach, the level of the glycated haemoglobin, BNDF in the blood, the speed of blood flow in the femoral artery, in the shin, M-answer when stimulating a tibial nerve.

Study Of The Neuroprotective Properties Of Biologically Active Compounds

Khoshimov N. N. , Azizov V.G., Abduboqiyev A. R., Rakhimov R.N.

The works show that, using fluorescent probes, it was used to study the effect of PC-8 on changes in the dynamics of the intracellular Ca2+ content in synaptosomes of the rat brain, depending on the site of the binding of glutamate on calcium channels by a specific mediator with glutamate. To measure the amount of cytosolic Ca2+ synaptosomes, we calculated using the Grinkevich equation. It has been shown that polyphenol PC-8 binds to the glutamate-binding site of NMDA receptors, so that the conductance for Ca2+ ions is reduced through a channel blocking the effect of polyphenol PC-8 can be explained. due to its binding to the competing action of the site, the binding of glutamate to NMDA receptors.

To Decide the Viability of Neural Preparation in Diminishing Torment and Expanding Useful Capacity in Patients with Cervical Radiculopathy

Gaurav Ingole

Need and Reason To discover the viability of neural activation in lessening torment and expanding practical capacity in patients with cervical radiculopathy. Study Plan arbitrary inspecting Member's 30 subjects enrolled from various wellbeing habitats and clinics. Result Measures: NTRS (Neumari torment rating scale), PEPS (patient explicit practical scale) Result: the impact of treatment is critical for both gathering An and bunch B by utilization of Pre and Post PEPS . Here t esteem is measurably huge with p esteem (.000) in bunch An and p esteem (.000) in bunch B. So for both the gathering the impacts of the treatment are measurably critical. End: On examination of relationships we tracked down that Neural Assembly alongside Neck practice is more viable than just neck practice surveyed by utilizing PEPS  and NTRS.
