The aim of the research work is development of modified ammonium nitrate technology with improving physicochemical and consumer’s features based on bentonite additives in ammonium nitrate melt.
The scientific novelty of the research work. The scientific novelty of the study consists of the following items:
studying physicomechanical behaviours of initial bentonite clays there was shown about possibility their use as a modificator of ammonium nitrate;
there has been determined the additive application of bentonite clays with an initial moisture of 1.0% in AN: BG = 100 : (1-1.5) in the melt NH4NO3 increases AN pellet strength in 1.5-2 fold while its caking reduces in 2-3 times in comparison to saltpeter with imported additives such as brucite and magnesite;
it was proved that bentonite additive can precipitate in poroouses and microfissures of AN filing them as a result, more complete surfase and internal structure of granules is formed;
there has benn revealed during the cooling saltpetre’s melt with bentonite additive revealed the absence of phase III and presence of direct polymorphic transition as opposed to pure NH4NO3 leads to a stable AN behavior at temperature fluctuation (25-55°C) without destroying the pellets, which provides stability product during the storing and transporting.

Ахборот технологиялари тизими бир томондан шахе, хўжалик юритувчи субъектлар, ташкилотлар, давлатларнинг ахборот маконида ва иқтисодий сохада интеграциялашувида хал килувчи роль ўйнаса, иккинчи томондан улар махсулотнинг ракобатбардошлигини белгилаб берувчи асосий омил сифатида қаралади. Ахборот маконининиг жадал суратларда ўсиши ва унинг иқтисодий қийматининг ортиб бориши, ноанъанавий ахборот тахдидларининг кўпайиши ахборот-психологик хавфсизлик тизимини шаклланишига объектив эхтиёж яратади. Бу тизим XX асрда ахборот таргиботига қарши туриш вазифасини бажарган бўлса, XXI асрнинг дастлабки ўн йиллигида ахборот урушларидан химоя тизимини хам камраб олди. Бугунги кунга кслиб эса ахборот-психологик урушларга қарши турувчи тизим сифатида шаклланди. Шундай бўлишига қарамасдан, шахе ахборот-психологик хавфсизлик тушунчаси ва тизимига нисбатан турли хил ёндашувларнинг мавжудлиги шахе ахборот-психологик хавфсизлик тизимининг концептуал моделини яратишга эхтиёж тугдиради.

В работе рассматриваются вопросы оптимального размещения товарно-материальных ценностей в вагонном депо. Акционерного общества «Узтемирйулйуловчи». Были представлены схемы структуры разрабатываемой системы, базы данных информационной системы склада вагонного депо. Разработана модульная система оптимального размещения товаров на складе вагонного депо ВЧД-2. Согласно разработанной структуры модуля размещения товаров приведена база данных состоящая из 12 таблиц. Автоматизированная информационная система учета товаров на складе депо организуется по модульной структуре. Приводится описание программной реализации автоматизированной системы оптимального размещения товаров на складе. Приведены алгоритмы размещения и примеры интерфейса разработанного программного средства.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы рациональной организации складского процесса хранения товарно-материальных ценностей, последовательное выполнение складских операций, совершенствование организации труда и технологических решений, эффективное использование различного оборудования, задействованного при выполнении технологических операций на складе вагонного депо Акционерного общества «Узтемирйулйуловчи». Рассмотрены вопросы создания базы данных хранения товаров, эффективная система организации учетной их записи. Разработана ER-диаграмма базы данных складского учета запасных частей и комплектующих. Определены функции и процедуры для работы с данными БД по комплектующим и запасным частям размещенных на складе вагонного депо.

A new technology of construction of seismic-resistant low-rise buildings with high energy efficiency and extended service life is proposed. The proposed technical solution makes it possible to build low-rise buildings with increased resistance to natural and man-made disasters. The building is at the same time framed (made of concrete pipe) and completely monolithic, where the foundation, all walls, ceilings and roof are filled with polystyrene concrete, of different density, andform a single monolithic structure.
