Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda Surxondaryo hududida o‘suvchi Colchicum luteum o‘simligidan olinadigan kolxamin asosida yangi birikmalar sintez qilish masalasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, propeniletilin karbinolning kolxamin bilan birikishi orqali past toksiklikka ega bo‘lgan 4 (kolxamin N/propenil-1-butin-2) karbinol birikmasi olingan.

Mazkur tadqiqotda Surxondaryo hududida o‘suvchi Colchicum luteum o‘simligidan

olinadigan kolxamin asosida yangi birikmalar sintez qilish masalasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga
ko‘ra, propeniletilin karbinolning kolxamin bilan birikishi orqali past toksiklikka ega bo‘lgan 4-
(kolxamin N/propenil-1-butin-2) karbinol birikmasi olingan.

Asosiy qism

. Sintez jarayoni Mannix usulida amalga oshirildi. Kolxamin, propeniletilin

karbinol, va boshqa reaktivlar teng molyar nisbatda ishlatildi. Reaksiya sharoitlari quyidagicha:
reaksiya aralashmasi 80-100°C haroratda 6-8 soat davomida qizdirildi va jarayonning tugallanishi
yupqa qatlamli xromatografiya yordamida aniqlandi.

Yangi sintez qilingan 4-(kolxamin N/propenil-1-butin-2) karbinol birikmasi IR va PMR

spektroskopik usullari yordamida tahlil qilindi. IR spektral ma’lumotlari 1730-1735 sm⁻¹ oralig‘ida
karbonil guruhining mavjudligini tasdiqladi. PMR spektral tahlillarida esa birikmaning asosiy
guruhlarining xarakterli tebranishlari kuzatildi. Sintez qilingan birikma past toksiklikka ega bo‘lib,
uning biologik faolligi kelgusidagi tadqiqotlarda o‘rganilishi lozim.

Xulosa.

Kolxamin asosida propeniletilin karbinol qo‘shib yangi birikma sintez qilindi.

Mazkur tadqiqotda sintez qilingan birikmaning kimyoviy tuzilishi IR va PMR spektroskopiya usullari
yordamida tasdiqlandi. Natijalar sintez qilingan mahsulotning toksiklik darajasini pasaytirish
imkonini beradi.
