Abstract:
The student is not only the object and subject of learning, but also the object and subject
of future professional and pedagogical activity (teacher, coach). The article discusses the requirements for
future volleyball players.

Аннотация:
Студент является не только объектом и субъектом обучения, но и объектом и
субъектом будущей профессионально-педагогической деятельности (учитель, тренер). В статье
рассматриваются требования, предъявляемые к будущим волейболистам.

Annotatsiya.
Talaba nafaqat ta'lim ob'ekti va sub'ekti, balki kelajakdagi kasbiy-pedagogik
faoliyatning (o'qituvchi, murabbiy) ob'ekti va sub'ekti hamdir. Maqolada bo'lajak voleybolchilarga
qo'yiladigan talablar muhokama qilinadi.

The 21st century is rapidly taking shape of
science,
technology
and
innovative
technologies on a global scale in the
development of man and society, transferring
production, households, road movements, even
intellectual processes to the "hands" of
"automatons", computers and robots. On the one
hand, this situation provides all the amenities for
mankind, increases the quality and efficiency of
work, and on the other hand, it limits the activity
of physical labor and muscles. It is the priority
of the latter condition that gradually gives way
to the disease of hypokinesia (low mobility).
Hypokinesia, on the other hand, is a life-
threatening disease characteristic of modern
civilization (ischemia, hypertension, bronchial
asthma, neurosis, osteochondrosis, etc.)does not
require proof. True, in order to get rid of these
ailments, there are some "acute" drugs and
modern methods of treatment. But it is unlikely
that such means will "liberate" one plague and
"summon"
another.
It
has
long
been
scientifically proven by scientists that the only
and most effective "medicine" that prevents or
cures hypokinesis is moderate physical
education and sports.
RESEARCH
MATERIALS
AND
METHODOLOGY
Therefore, it can be proudly noted that
physical education and sports, supported by the
President and developing within the framework
of state policy, are becoming an honorable area.
So, at the same time, one of the most urgent
tasks of the industry is to transform physical
culture and mass sports into the daily life needs
of the population, especially students and, of
course, to train talented sports reserves and
competitive athletes who can carry the flag of
our country to the heights of the Olympic
Games.
The model of the trainer in physical
education and volleyball is determined by the
requirements of the DTS and science program
in accordance with the Law "On Education", the
"National Training Program".
The bachelor's program in volleyball will
focus on the development of professional
pedagogical knowledge, practical skills and
qualifications defined in the program for a
future teacher-trainer.
To have a deep and broad understanding
of the structure, essence and taste of
multicomponent professional and pedagogical
functions (management, training, organization,
mentoring, etc.) of the coach-teacher in the
specialty of volleyball, to ensure the mastering
of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and
qualifications based on the existing best
practices and research results, to improve them
in qualifying practices, volleyball competitions,

It is intended to possess professional and
functional skills, such as diagnostic, selective
and prognostic work, to train volleyball players
of different ages and qualifications, as well as to
teach the secrets of competitions, refereeing and
competition management.
RESEARCH
RESULTS
AND
DISCUSSION
On the basis of this program of discipline,
the following qualification requirements are
imposed on the student. Student:
- mastering
theoretical
knowledge,
seminars, practical lessons, professional and
pedagogical skills and qualifications acquired
during professional practices on all lecture
topics included in the program "Volleyball
theory and methodology";
- In this process, the best practices of
domestic and foreign specialists, the active use
of innovative, pedagogical, information and
communication technologies;
- knowledge
of
historical
and
evolutionary materials, the essence and content
of the processes of physical, technical-tactical
and psychological training, as well as the
technology, methods, tools and principles of
these processes;
- in-depth mastery of game techniques
and tactics, teaching, competitive and selective
work, training with volleyball players and teams
of different ages and qualifications;
- mastering the rules of the competition,
making referees and arbitrators, organizing and
conducting
competitions,
scientifically
determining
the
effectiveness
of
the
competition, mastering knowledge and skills
related to team management using the results
obtained;
- knowledge of the essence and content
of types of training, their development,
knowledge and application of skills and criteria
for assessing the dynamics of their formation
using scientific and pedagogical methods, tests;
- mastering the skills of multicomponent
professional and pedagogical functions of a
teacher-trainer - management, organization,
upbringing, creativity, design, communicative,
diagnostic, selective and prognostic work;
- improvement
of
the
recorded
professional and pedagogical knowledge, skills
and qualifications during theoretical (lecture),
practical and seminar classes, qualification
practices, coursework at various scientific and
practical conferences and the performance of
final qualification works;
CONCLUSION
The ability to study, master and apply in
practice the technology, tools and principles of
symmetrical formation of movement functions
"okayi and chapa-how" that play an important
role in enriching the reserve of movements,
expanding the range of technical and tactical
skills and improving health;
During the training and competition, the
student must master knowledge, skills and
qualifications related to the identification of
signs of fatigue on the basis of visual and special
tests, means of their elimination, restoration of
working capacity.
