Annotasiya

Mazkur maqolada zaytun o‘simligining (Olea europaea) tarqalish
geografiyasi, morfologik va fiziologik xususiyatlari, ekologik sharoitlarga moslashuvi hamda
farmatsevtik va tibbiyotdagi ahamiyati chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Zaytun qadimiy davrlardan buyon
oziq-ovqat, dori vositasi, kosmetika hamda madaniy timsol sifatida foydalanib kelingan. So‘nggi
ilmiy tadqiqotlar uning tarkibida mavjud bioaktiv moddalarning yurak-qon tomir tizimi, immunitet
va hujayra qarishiga qarshi ta’sirlarini aniqlamoqda.
