ANNOTATION

The article provides a scientific and philosophical analysis of climate change

occurring in the world and its causes and consequences. The consequences of climate
change: ecological problems, social and cultural problems, problems in the healthcare
system and economic consequences are studied based on factual data.

Is a long-term change in the Earth's climate , a process that is being exacerbated

by human activities. Today we are witnessing negative effects of climate change on
human beings. This article examines climate change the reasons to human to life , to
society and to the economy the secret of the effect analysis . Every country and every
person must contribute to solving this problem. Causes of climate change The main
causes of climate change are the consequences of human damage to nature, namely
deforestation, industrial production and pesticides used in agriculture. These are not
only changing the atmospheric air, but also affecting all living things . The widespread
use of fossil fuels through transport and energy consumption also contributes to
climate change.

Health threats. Climate change

is causing the emergence of many

diseases . Rising temperatures are leading to the spread of new diseases. For example,
exotic diseases are changing their habitats and spreading more quickly. Diseases
transmitted by pesticides and chemicals are also increasing. They can damage
people's immune systems.

Economic consequences

. Global climate change has

become one of the most pressing problems in the world economy and politics. Climate
change, in terms of its impact on the global economy, is not only a large- scale natural
hazard, but also a catalyst for multidirectional changes in many sectors of economic
activity. Climate change, associated with freshwater shortages, food problems, natural
disasters, migration, as well as the development prospects of a number of important
sectors (energy, transport, construction, agriculture), is closely related to the
complexity of global economic processes. Climate change is causing significant
economic losses in agriculture and other sectors. Droughts, heavy rains and natural
disasters lead to crop failures. Rising food prices can cause unrest and poverty. In
such conditions, the population working in agriculture can lose their income and

intensify migration processes.

Ecological problems.

By the middle of the 20th

century, humanity is faced with the emergence and rapid development of an
ecological crisis on the planet. Global environmental problems are associated with
anthropogenic impact on the natural environment, climate change, depletion of the
ozone layer of the atmosphere, deforestation and desertification. There are fewer and
fewer areas on the planet with intact or slightly degraded ecosystems . These are
Canada and Russia (northern and Asian parts) in the northern hemisphere, the
Amazon basin, a significant part of Australia. Climate change disrupts the natural
balance. It leads to a decrease in water resources and poverty in some regions.
Deforestation and a decrease in biodiversity are causing serious damage to
ecosystems. This process poses a threat not only to plants and animals, but also to
human life. Of the most serious threats associated with the expected global warming,
the melting of glaciers in Greenland and high-mountain glaciers can lead to a rise in
sea levels. According to calculations, by 2030 the maximum sea level rise will be 24
cm, that is, the expected rise in ocean levels at the beginning of the 20th century.

Social and cultural problems.

Climate change will exacerbate social problems, such

as migration, poverty and conflict. The number of refugees caused by natural disasters
is increasing, which causes political problems between countries. Social inequality
and access to resources will further deepen these processes.

Adaptation of human

society

. Measures and strategies to combat climate change need to be developed.

- Use of renewable energy sources
- Education and raising awareness
- Successful management of water and food resources.
Since 1990, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has published five

assessment reports, summarizing thousands of national observations. The first report
stated that human influence on climate is perhaps the most pressing issue in the world
economy and politics. Climate change, in terms of its impact on the global economy,
is logical not only with many components, but also with the Intergovernmental Panel
on Climate Change (IPCC) in coordination. Over the past few decades, the number of
natural and man-made disasters around the world has increased, and the scale of
damage caused by them has increased. This is due to a number of reasons: an increase
in the density of the Earth's population, progressive urbanization of territories, the
resulting anthropogenic impact on the Earth's ecology and , possibly, global climate
change. Currently, the anthropogenic factor is becoming the source of current and
future disasters, since, according to many scientists, modern man is the main threat to
the destruction of the biosphere. The most acutely felt objects of anthropogenic
impact on the natural environment by humanity are the atmosphere, hydrosphere and
soil. Each of these environments is subject to some degree of degradation. Despite the
fact that 1.2 trillion dollars have been spent on environmental protection over the
twenty years between the United Nations conferences in Stockholm (1972) and Rio

de Janeiro (1992) , the ecological situation on Earth is deteriorating. Global warming
observed in recent years can significantly change the course of development of many
dangerous factors. It is not only a large-scale natural hazard, but also a catalyst for
multidirectional changes in many sectors of economic activity. Climate change, which
is associated with fresh water shortages, food problems, natural disasters, migration,
as well as the development prospects of a number of important sectors (energy,
transport, construction, agriculture), is closely related to the complexity of global
economic processes. The Climate Change Conference held in Paris from 30
November to 12 December 2015 was one of the largest international events, and the
agreement adopted there and subsequently endorsed at the UN Climate Change
Conference was of historic significance. This document is intended to effectively
replace the Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement adopted in December 1997 in
Kyoto, Japan, as an addendum to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change
, which committed developed countries and countries with economies in transition to
reducing or stabilizing their greenhouse gas emissions. Climate change is affecting
the state of the world's oceans. Rising global temperatures are causing water to expand
and therefore raise its level. Changes are also occurring in the distribution of
precipitation , which in turn can affect the flow of rivers and glaciers. According to
observations, over the past 100 years, the level of the World Ocean has increased by
5 cm, which is associated with a significant increase in the greenhouse effect. Climate
formation factors: Scientists have conducted numerous archaeological studies and
concluded that the climate of our planet has changed many times. Many hypotheses
have been put forward in this area. According to one of the ideas, if the distance
between the Earth and the Sun is the same, the planet's rotation speed and axial tilt,
the climate will remain stable.

The essence of climate change over the past century is global warming.

According to the worst forecasts, the most unconventional activities of mankind can
raise the Earth's temperature by 11 degrees. Climate change is irreversible. Animals
and plants that slow down the rotation of the planets will die out . The level of the
world's oceans will rise to such an extent that many islands and coastal regions will
be flooded. To eliminate the consequences of climate change, it is necessary, first of
all, to reduce the level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Humanity must switch
to new energy sources, which should be low- energy and renewable. Sooner or later,
the world community will seriously face this question, because the mineral resources
used today are not renewable. One day, scientists will have to create new, more
efficient technologies . In addition, it is necessary to reduce the level of carbon dioxide
in the atmosphere, and this can only help restore forest areas. You should make
maximum efforts to stabilize global temperatures on Earth, even if it is not as
successful as desired, but humanity should try to achieve a minimum impact on global
warming .

In conclusion, today the world of humanity is taking measures to combat the

problems associated with climate change. In particular, in Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has adopted a resolution on the development
and effective implementation of a national action plan on climate change and natural
disaster risk . The decision

was adopted. According to the decision National

Action Plan of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate
Change Resilience for 2023-2030 , A "roadmap" for the implementation of the
National Action Plan of the Republic of Uzbekistan to increase resilience to natural
disasters and climate change in 2023-2030 has been approved.
