Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada ingliz tilini samarali o‘rganish uchun uch asosiy qadam yoritib berilgan. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar va statistik ma’lumotlarga asoslangan holda, so‘z boyligini oshirish, eshitish orqali tushunish ko‘nikmasini rivojlantirish va jonli muloqotga e’tibor qaratish muhimligi tushuntirilgan. Maqolada Coxhead (2000), Krashen (1982) hamda Lingua Research Institute statistikasi keltirilib, eng samarali o‘rganish usullari tahlil qilingan. Natijada, ingliz tilini o‘zlashtirish jarayonida uzluksiz mashq qilish va to‘g‘ri metodlarni tanlash hal qiluvchi omil ekani xulosa sifatida keltirilgan.

uchun uch asosiy qadam yoritib berilgan. Ilmiy

tadqiqotlar va statistik ma’lumotlarga asoslangan

holda, so‘z boyligini oshirish, eshitish orqali tushunish

ko‘nikmasini rivojlantirish va jonli muloqotga e’tibor

qaratish muhimligi tushuntirilgan. Maqolada Coxhead

(2000), Krashen (1982) hamda Lingua Research

Institute statistikasi keltirilib, eng samarali o‘rganish

usullari tahlil qilingan. Natijada, ingliz tilini

o‘zlashtirish jarayonida uzluksiz mashq qilish va to‘g‘ri

metodlarni tanlash hal qiluvchi omil ekani xulosa

sifatida keltirilgan.

Kirish.

Bugungi global dunyoda ingliz tilini bilish – ta’lim, ish va sayohat imkoniyatlarini

kengaytiruvchi eng muhim ko‘nikmalardan biri. Statistika shuni ko‘rsatadiki, dunyoda 1.5

milliarddan ortiq odam ingliz tilida gaplasha oladi, shundan 378 million kishi uni ona tili

sifatida ishlatadi (Ethnologue, 2024). Shu sababdan, ko‘pchilik bu tilni o‘rganishni istaydi,

ammo qayerdan boshlashni bilmaydi.

Asosiy qism.

Olimlar va tilshunoslar fikriga ko‘ra, til o‘rganishning uch asosiy ustuni bor: so‘z

boyligini oshirish, eshitish va talaffuzni rivojlantirish hamda amaliyot orqali mustahkamlash.

Ushbu maqolada ingliz tilini samarali o‘rganishning eng muhim uch qadamini ilmiy asoslar

bilan yoritamiz.

1-qadam: So‘z boyligini oshirish – 2000 ta asosiy so‘z muhim. Til o‘rganishda so‘z boyligi

(vocabulary) – eng muhim omil. So’z boyligi nutqni yanada ravon va jozibador qiladi.

Tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, “So‘zlarni alohida yodlashdan ko‘ra, ularni kontekst asosida o‘rganish

samaraliroqdir, chunki bu usul so‘zning tabiiy ishlatilishini mustahkamlashga yordam beradi”

(Schmitt, 2010). Shu sababli, ingliz tilidagi maqolalar, hikoyalar va podkastlardan yangi

so‘zlarni o‘rganish til o‘zlashtirish jarayonini tezlashtiradi. Shuningdek, “Ingliz tilida tez-tez

ishlatiladigan 2000 ta so‘z umumiy matnlarning 80% mazmunini tushunishga yordam beradi”

(Nation, 2001). Samarali usullar:

Kuniga 10-15 ta yangi so‘z o‘rganish

– Har kuni yangi so‘zlarni o‘rganish orqali yiliga

3500+ yangi so‘z yodlash mumkin.

“Spaced repetition”

tizimi – Flashcard ilovalari (Quizlet, Anki) orqali so‘zlarni

bosqichma-bosqich takrorlash samarali.

Mavzuga qarab o‘rganish

– Tasodifiy so‘z yodlashdan ko‘ra, mavzular (sayohat,

biznes, texnologiya) bo‘yicha so‘zlarni yodlash yaxshiroq natija beradi.

O‘qish orqali boyitish

– BBC News, The Guardian yoki Wikipedia maqolalarini o‘qish

orqali yangi so‘zlarni kontekstda o‘rganish.

Tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, ingliz tilidagi 3000 ta eng keng ishlatiladigan so‘z yozma va og‘zaki

matnlarning 95% mazmunini tushunish uchun yetarli bo‘ladi (Coxhead,2000).

2-qadam:

Eshitish va talaffuz – Matnni tushunish uchun 120 soat kerak

Tilni tushunish uchun eshitish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish shart. O‘rganishning ilk bosqichlarida

eshitish orqali so‘zlarni tanish va talaffuzni yaxshilash muhim. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki,

til o‘rganishning dastlabki bosqichlarida eshitish orqali talaffuzni shakllantirish muhim

hisoblanadi. “Flege (1995) ta’kidlaganidek, o‘rganuvchilar yangi tovushlarni farqlash va

o‘zlashtirish uchun eshitish ko‘nikmalariga ko‘proq e’tibor qaratishlari lozim. Shu sababli,

original inglizcha audio materiallar tinglash va talaffuzni takrorlash muhim strategiyalardan

biridir”.

Samarali usullar:

Podkastlar va audiokitoblar tinglash

– Beginnerlar uchun BBC Learning English, The

British Council podkastlari ideal.

Subtitr bilan filmlar va seriallar ko‘rish

– Friends, The Big Bang Theory yoki TED

Talks orqali tabiiy talaffuz va so‘z birikmalarini tushunish osonlashadi.

“Shadowing” usuli

– Eshitilgan gapni orqasidan takrorlab aytish orqali talaffuzni

yaxshilash.

YouGlish va Forvo ilovalari

– So‘zlarning to‘g‘ri talaffuzini real hayotiy nutq

misollarida o‘rganish.

Tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, ingliz tilini eshitish orqali tushunishni rivojlantirish uchun kamida 120

soat sifatli audio material tinglash kerak (Krashen, 1982).

Ushbu statistikada turli til o’rganish usullarining samaradorligi foizda ko’rsatilgan.

3-qadam:

Amaliyot – 100 soat suhbat natijani oshiradi. Tilni o‘rganishning eng samarali yo‘li –

uni amalda qo‘llash. Tadqiqotlarga ko‘ra, til o‘rganish jarayonida so‘z boyligi va grammatikani

bilish yetarli emas, balki bu bilimlarni amalda qo‘llash ham zarur. “Swain (1985)

ta’kidlaganidek, agar o‘rganuvchi tilda gaplashish imkoniyatiga ega bo‘lmasa, u grammatikani

tushunsa ham, jonli muloqotda qiynalishi mumkin. Shu sababli, ingliz tilida doimiy suhbat

qilish, yozish va eshitish orqali bilimlarni mustahkamlash lozim”A. Gapirish qo‘rquvi

(speaking anxiety) sababli ko‘pchilik ingliz tilida gapirishni kechiktiradi. Lekin amaliyot

bo‘lmasa, o‘rganish jarayoni sekinlashadi. Samarali usullar:

Online suhbatlar

– HelloTalk, Tandem yoki Italki orqali ingliz tilida gaplashuvchi

odamlar bilan muloqot qilish.

Kunlik monologlar

– Har kuni o‘zing uchun 5 daqiqa ingliz tilida gapirish.

Tanishlar bilan inglizcha chat qilish

– Ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda ingliz tilida yozish

odatini shakllantirish.

O‘zingni yozib, tahlil qilish

– Telefonga ovozingni yozib, talaffuz va ohangni tahlil

qilish.

Lingua Research Institute tadqiqotiga ko‘ra, kamida 100 soat jonli muloqot qilgan o‘rganuvchi

tilni ancha yaxshiroq o‘zlashtiradi.

Lingua Research Institute statistikasi bo‘yicha til o‘rganish samaradorligi quyidagicha

taqsimlangan:

Immersiya usuli (95%)

– Til muhitiga to‘liq sho‘ng‘ish eng samarali usul hisoblanadi.

Interaktiv darslar (90%)

– Zamonaviy texnologiyalar bilan o‘qitish juda samarali.

An’anaviy darslar (70%)

– O‘qituvchi bilan o‘qish ancha foydali bo‘lsa-da, zamonaviy

usullardan ortda qolmoqda.

Mustaqil o‘rganish (60%)

– Doimiy mashq qilish shart, aks holda samaradorlik past bo‘lishi

mumkin.

Bu natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, amaliyotga asoslangan va faol muloqotga yo‘naltirilgan usullar

eng yaxshi natija beradi.

Xulosa.

Ingliz tilini o‘rganish murakkab tuyulishi mumkin, lekin to‘g‘ri yondashuv va

muntazam mashg‘ulot natijani tezlashtiradi. Asosiy uch qadamni bajarish:

2000-3000 ta asosiy so‘zni o‘rganish – Har kuni so‘z boyligini oshirish.

2.

Kamida 120 soat eshitish mashqlari bajarish – Filmlar, podkastlar va audiokitoblar

orqali.

3.

Kamida 100 soat suhbatlashish – Online yoki real hayotda amaliyot qilish.

Ushbu strategiyalar bo‘yicha ishlagan odam 6-12 oy ichida ingliz tilida erkin muloqot qilish

darajasiga yetishi mumkin. Muhimi – davomiylik va qiziqish!
