Introduction

. Innovative technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) are helping to

increase efficiency in manufacturing, services and other sectors around the world today. The
rapid development and widespread use of AI technologies, along with automating labor
processes, improving productivity and creating new opportunities, are leading to the
disappearance of some professions and the emergence of new ones. Such changes in the labor
market require, in particular, a high level of digital and technological skills from workers. The
study of innovative technologies and their adaptation by young people and specialists
necessitates the preparation of a new generation that meets the requirements of the labor
market. At the same time, the introduction of artificial intelligence into work processes,
replacing traditional forms of labor, is creating new issues related to personnel in some areas,
in particular, socioeconomic problems related to unemployment and underemployment.

Differences between innovative technologies and artificial intelligence

Innovative technologies are advanced technologies developed to make human life easier,

increase efficiency, or find new solutions to existing problems, and they can appear in any field.
These technologies are aimed at improving existing methods or solving problems in a new way.
For example, innovations such as 3D printers, solar panels, drones, portable medical devices
are included in innovative technologies. Their main task is to make life easier and bring
economic, social, or technical benefits. Innovative technologies do not always depend on
artificial intelligence, but artificial intelligence can be considered a type of it.

Artificial intelligence is a technology that uses computers and programs to perform

functions similar to the human brain, namely learning, thinking, analyzing, and decision-
making processes. AI often works in digital form, as software, and allows processing large
amounts of data, identifying trends, making predictions, or providing automated responses.
Examples include facial recognition systems, voice assistants (such as Siri or Google Assistant),
translation apps, and chatbots. Artificial intelligence is widely used in the fields of IT,
programming, and data analysis.


Conclusion:

Innovative technologies and artificial intelligence are an integral part of

today's digital era and are considered to be the main drivers of the development of modern
society. Both of them serve to make life easier, automate production and service sectors, and

increase efficiency. However, there are important differences between them: innovative
technologies are any new, effective technical solution, while artificial intelligence is an
intellectual system that can think like a person and make decisions among these innovations.
While artificial intelligence has a more digital and software basis, innovative technologies
include more practical and multidisciplinary solutions. These two concepts, complementing
each other, are taking human development to new levels.
