STUDY OF DIELECTRIC PERMITTIVITY AND CONDUCTIVITY IN THE IONOSPHERE

Eshquvatov Husan Eshtemirovich, Asatov Uralbay Toshniyozovich, Xolboyev Yunusali Xasanovich, Shukurov Ahmadjon Raxmatovich

The ionosphere is so named because it is a region in the atmosphere where ions exist. In most areas of the atmosphere, molecules are in a combined state and remain electrically neutral. In the ionosphere, however, solar radiation (mainly ultraviolet light) is so intense that when it strikes gas molecules they split-ionize and an electron is set free. What remains is a positive ion (a molecule that is “missing” an electron) and a free electron. Although ions give their name to the region, free electrons actually affect radio waves. The number of electrons starts to increase at an altitude of about 30 km, but the electron density isn’t sufficient to affect radio waves until about 60 km. We often think of the ionosphere as having a number of distinct layers.

INFLUENCE OF IMPURITY NI AND CU ATOMS ON THE ELECTROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SI

N.A.Turgunov, E.Kh.Berkinov, R.M.Turmanova

The paper presents the results of studies of the electrophysical properties of Si, doped Ni and Cu samples. It is revealed that a decrease in the mobility of charge carriers in the temperature range of 120÷320 K is of particular importance in increasing the resistivity of samples.

NEGATIVE IMPACT OF ACOUSTICS ON THE EXTERNAL BARRIER STRUCTURES OF THE ARK FORTRESS

Mukhammadov Said Karimovich, Khalilov Shokhibek Otabek O’g’li

This article provides a broad understanding of the fact that architectural monuments remain under man-made influences, different from natural ones, and measures to simulate these influences. Each architectural monument has a specific building style of its time. It was observed that the outer barrier structures of the Ark fortress fell under the influence of man-made, leading to the destruction of their structures. Accordingly, it is illuminated that the objects of the architectural monument are not an optimal solution to the surroundings and protected areas for conducting cultural and educational events.

INCREASING ATTENTION TO SANITARY AND HYGIENIC CONDITIONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE AREA OF ECOTOURISM FACILITIES

Rakhmonov Gayrat Fazliddinovich, Usmonov Erkin Toyirovich

In the modern rapidly developing era, environmental pollution, an excessive increase in household and technical waste are among the pressing problems that concern the population of the whole world. This has a serious impact on human health, as well as the disappearance of all living beings and flora and changes in genetics. Naturally, the main cause of damage to this planet is man. Although we cannot completely stop this situation, we can do our part to prevent pollution of nature.

WHEN THE WHOLE WORLD, STARTING FROM DECEMBER 2019, IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE "CORONAVIRUS" -COVID-2019, HOW CAN BIOPHYSICS HELP?

Sodikov N. O., Muminova Z. A., Khasanova D.

This paper analyzes modern methods and technologies for diagnosing and treating patients with coronavirus. And so, when the coronavirus settles in the endothelial cells (the inner wall of the blood and lymphatic vessels), a thrombus (thrombosis) is created. Thrombosis - intravital formation of blood clots (thrombi) inside the blood vessels, preventing the free flow of blood through the circulatory system.

TOPICAL ISSUES OF TEACHING ELECTRICAL DISCIPLINES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

M.N. Mamatkulov, I.T. Bozorov

The article deals with modern problems in the teaching of electrical disciplines, in the conditions of a credit-modular system of higher education. In particular, topical issues of education, the unity of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, have been studied. On the basis of statistical research, and in order to ensure the unity of theory and practice, methods for organizing practical classes in electrical engineering are proposed, based on the practical applications of the material being studied.

MADRASAH TURKMAN (RAHMONKUL KARAULBEGI)

Fazilova Mavzhuda Djamilovna

The Turkman Madrasah, also known as Rahmonkul Karaulbegi, is an architectural monument in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. This building was built in the Kemukhtgaron quarter in the 16th century during the reign of the Shaibanids. The madrasah was dedicated to the teaching of religious sciences and was one of the main educational centers in Bukhara.

The building of the Turkman Madrasah has been preserved to this day and is an excellent example of medieval architecture in Central Asia. In different periods of time, the building was subjected to restoration and reconstruction, however, the last major restoration was carried out with the support of the Japanese government.

This article provides an overview of the Turkman Madrasah and its history, and describes the architectural features and details of the building. She also looks at the history of the building's restoration and preservation to the present day.

CARRYING OUT EMERGENCY RESCUE OPERATIONS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abdazimov Shavkat Khakimovich, Amirov Mukhtar Uktamovich, Qambarov Abduvali Hamidovich

This article discusses the issue of organizing information about a threat or an emergency that has already occurred (accident) is transmitted primarily to children's, educational and medical institutions that are in the zone of possible damage.

The issue of the action of the leaders of an educational institution when receiving an alert signal and conveying information about an emergency situation, parents (relatives of children, educators, teachers or adults who are close to children without parental supervision) are required to take all available measures recommended to the population in order to ensure the safety of children.

UNDERLYING SINGULARIZING CHALLENGED AND BLEAR DIARRHOEAS INTERDEPENDENT TO ELUCIDATIVE COLTER

Shivam Tiwari

Underlying singularizing challenged and colters are caused by progressive inflammation of the common bile duct and enormous intestine respectively. The existence of any plausible association between Underlying singularizing challenged and colters remains highly elusive. Little is understood about the incidence and prevalence of Underlying singularizing challenged with concomitant coulters within the Indian subcontinent. We report a case of Underlying singularizing challenged with long standing coulters which later also developed Underlying blear diarrheas.
