Аннотация

This thesis analyzes the possibilities and effectiveness of applying generative design in urban planning projects. Generative design, based on algorithmic modeling and artificial intelligence, enables the automatic development of hundreds of planning options and their optimization according to environmental, economic, and social criteria. The study highlights the advantages of this approach in terms of efficient resource utilization, sustainable development, the creation of aesthetic and functional forms, the expansion of public participation, and the acceleration of decision-making processes. Generative design is recognized as an important direction in the digitalization and innovative advancement of urban planning.

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the possibilities and effectiveness of applying

generative design in urban planning projects. Generative design, based on
algorithmic modeling and artificial intelligence, enables the automatic
development of hundreds of planning options and their optimization according
to environmental, economic, and social criteria. The study highlights the
advantages of this approach in terms of efficient resource utilization, sustainable
development, the creation of aesthetic and functional forms, the expansion of
public participation, and the acceleration of decision-making processes.
Generative design is recognized as an important direction in the digitalization
and innovative advancement of urban planning.

Аннотация

В данном тезисе анализируются возможности и эффективность

применения генеративного дизайна в градостроительных проектах.
енеративный дизайн, основанный на алгоритмическом моделировании и
искусственном интеллекте, позволяет автоматически разрабатывать
сотни вариантов планировки и оптимизировать их по экологическим,
экономическим и социальным критериям. В исследовании показаны
преимущества данного подхода, такие как рациональное использование
ресурсов, устойчивое развитие, создание эстетичных и функциональных
форм, расширение участия общественности, а также ускорение процесса
принятия решений. Генеративный дизайн рассматривается как одно из
важных направлений цифровизации и инновационного развития
градостроительства.

Ushbu tezisda generativ dizaynning shaharsozlik loyihalarida qo‘llanilish

imkoniyatlari va samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Generativ dizayn algoritmik
modellashtirish va sun’iy intellekt asosida yuzlab rejalashtirish variantlarini
avtomatik ishlab chiqish va ularni ekologik, iqtisodiy hamda ijtimoiy mezonlar
bo‘yicha optimallashtirish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqotda ushbu yondashuvning
resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, barqaror rivojlanish, estetik va funktsional
shakllar yaratish, jamoatchilik ishtirokini kengaytirish hamda qaror qabul qilish
jarayonini jadallashtirishdagi afzalliklari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Generativ dizayn
shaharsozlikni raqamlashtirish va innovatsion rivojlantirishning muhim
yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida e’tirof etiladi.

Generativ dizayn

– bu ma’lum mezonlar asosida loyihaning turli

variantlarini avtomatik ravishda yaratish va optimallashtirish imkonini beruvchi
algoritmik yondashuvdir. Ushbu metod sun’iy intellekt, parametrik
modellashtirish va raqamli hisoblash texnologiyalariga asoslanadi. So‘nggi
yillarda generativ dizayn nafaqat arxitektura va interyer dizaynida, balki
shaharsozlikning murakkab masalalarini hal qilishda ham keng qo‘llanila
boshlandi.

Generativ dizayn yordamida shahar hududlarini rejalashtirishda quyidagi

asosiy imkoniyat va samaralarga erishiladi:

1. Variantlar xilma-xilligi va optimallashtirish:

Bir vaqtning o‘zida

yuzlab, hatto minglab rejalashtirish variantlarini yaratish va ular orasidan
ekologik, iqtisodiy, transport va ijtimoiy parametrlar bo‘yicha eng mosini
tanlash imkonini beradi.

2. Resurslardan samarali foydalanish:

Yerni, infratuzilmani va tabiiy

resurslarni minimal isrofgarchilik bilan rejalashtirishga yordam beradi. Masalan,
transport qatnovi yuklamasini kamaytirish, yashil zonalar va jamoat
makonlarini optimal joylashtirish imkonini yaratadi.

3. Barqaror rivojlanish va ekologik moslashuvchanlik:

Generativ

dizayn orqali energiya tejamkor qurilish, mikroiqlimni hisobga olish, suv
resurslarini tejash va karbon izini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari yuzaga keladi.

4. Innovatsion estetik va funktsional yechimlar:

Parametrik shakllar va

yangi tipologiyalar shahar muhitini zamonaviy, jozibali va ergonomik qiladi.

5. Qaror qabul qilish tezligi va sifatini oshirish:

Loyihaning dastlabki

bosqichida ko‘plab senariylar va ularning tahlilini vizual shaklda taqdim etish
orqali qarorlarni tezkor va asosli qabul qilish imkonini beradi.

6. Jamoatchilik ishtirokini kuchaytirish:

Generativ modellarni ochiq

platformalarda e’lon qilib, aholining fikr-mulohaza va takliflarini hisobga olish
mumkin bo‘ladi. Bu esa loyiha sifatini va qabul qilinishini oshiradi.

Shu bois, generativ dizayn shaharsozlik loyihalarini zamonaviylashtirish va

raqamli transformatsiyalashda muhim texnologik poydevor bo‘lib xizmat
qilmoqda.

Xulosa

Yakuniy natijalarga ko‘ra, generativ dizayn shaharsozlik sohasida

zamonaviy va samarali vosita sifatida alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu
yondashuv algoritmik modellashtirish va sun’iy intellekt imkoniyatlari orqali
murakkab rejalashtirish vazifalarini soddalashtiradi hamda yuzlab loyihaviy
variantlarni qisqa vaqt ichida ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi. Shuningdek,
ekologik va iqtisodiy barqarorlik, estetik va funktsional shakllarning uyg‘unligi,
resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va jamoatchilik ishtirokini kuchaytirish kabi
afzalliklar generativ dizaynning amaliy qiymatini oshiradi. Shu sababli, uni
shaharsozlik loyihalarida keng qo‘llash urbanistik rivojlanishning muhim
yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lib, kelgusida ushbu texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi
nafaqat loyihalash jarayonini jadallashtiradi, balki shahar muhitining sifatini
sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
