Annotation:
The article recommends the methods of using pedagogical
technologies to improve the quality of education in the teaching of technical sciences.
It is shown that these methods are implemented through the joint activity of
pedagogues and students.

Introduction
In the reports of the President on the further development of the higher education
sector, it was stated that the level of education of students and the quality indicator of
personnel training are the main priorities in the social and economic development of
our republic.

Interactive education, interactive methods are methods based on regular
communication and are a system of education and methods with the cooperation and
active participation of students[1].
Such a process of pedagogical cooperation has its own characteristics, including:

forcing the student not to be indifferent during the lesson, to think
independently, create and search;
•
ensuring the continuity of students' interest in science during the educational
process;
•
strengthening of students' interest in science with a creative approach to each
issue independently;
•
includes continuous organization of collaborative activities of pedagogues
and students.
The indicator of quality in the field of education is the development of today's
students as highly educated, modern personnel who can meet the requirements of world
standards in the development of our economy[2].
When I say what the quality indicator of education depends on, first of all, I
mean the ability of the teacher to teach, the ability to use interactive methods, that is,
to interact with the learner, I would say it depends on the art and quality of students
learning from each other. No matter how many innovative pedagogical technologies
are used, the teacher lecturing cannot manage them, there is no necessary literature, he
is unaware of advanced scientific pedagogic methods, or the teacher gives a lecture.

student sitting in front of you will have such questions. Know that the student will

knowledge you have. Accordingly, his attention will increase, he will listen to the topic
of the lecture with interest, and his mastery will be high. It is natural that every student

At the meeting dedicated to further development of the higher education sector,
increasing the quality of personnel training, expanding the integration of science and
production, the head of state mentioned the high tasks before the professors and
teachers of higher educational institutions. The most important of them is the need for
modern personnel for a rapidly developing economy, they emphasized the need to

select qualified professors and teachers and pay attention to the need to refocus the
level of specialists to meet the global demand. In fact, the issues discussed in our
scientific-methodical works today are devoted to this direction[4].
The question of what should be paid attention to in order for the engineers-
mechanics studying in the department of "Technological machines and equipment" to
have better knowledge is the content of our work, such a high priority task is first of
all assigned to the teacher. For this reason, we want to share our many years of
pedagogical experience. Teaching is also an actor's role, skill, art, it requires a refined
taste, high culture and soul.
In other words, if the student does not have a skillful, innate talent for the art of
teaching, he will not leave the lesson in a satisfied mood.
Therefore, the main problem before any higher education institution is to choose
personnel who love their profession and who can skillfully use new innovative
technologies. We review students' post-lecture performance indicators[5].
There are many types of lectures. Let's analyze some of them .
1.
The teacher goes in front of the students and lists them without calming them
down and slowly opens and reads his outline. In such conditions, 60-75% of students
sit looking at you with their thoughts and imagination, some of them write, but after
the lesson, their mastery does not exceed 30-40%. After a year, the student will
remember 20% of the lecture.

It is read according to the above method. The teacher looks at his outline
several times, writes and draws on the board, often with his back to the students. He
does not notice that they are listening to the lecture calmly and attentively, and if he
notices, he does not warn them. Such a lecture can remain in the student's mind for 50-
55%. After a year, 20-25% of the content of the lecture will be remembered.

If the teacher reads the lecture in his own words, in the eyes and attention of
the students, without looking at the synopsis at a high level, the level of mastery is up
to 70-75%, after a year 40-45% will be remembered.

The lecture being read in the current method is rich in content, the use of
pedagogic technology systems based on innovative technology methods, the use of
exhibitions and posters, if the lecture room is equipped with equipment adapted to show
videos, the content of the lecture and if it is explained freely with videos and images,
it is possible to increase the mastery by 80-85%. After a year, 60-65% may remain in
the student's memory.

If the fourth method is enriched with more content and the lecture delivered
at a high level is guided by experience and practical work, the student's level of recall
after one day can increase to almost 100%. The results of the interview after one year
will show that mastery of the subject will not be less than 85%.
Conclusion
In general, if you can get the attention of the audience from the pulpit or from the
chair, then you have reached the level of a "mature" lecturer.
