The results of trials of the vaccine against brucellosis in cattle from the strain brucella abortus RB-51 in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article presents the results of tests of a vaccine against brucellosis of cattle from the strain Brucella abortus RB-51. After 54 days after application, negative results were obtained: in the agglutination reaction (RA) in dilutions of 1:50; 1: 100; 1: 200, when using rosbengalprobe (RBP) and when using immunochromatographic analysis (ICA), which indicates the absence of antibodies to the S-antigen in the vaccine
