Kazakhstan model of digitalization of the judiciary

The main purpose of this article is to analyze the Kazakh model of digitalization of the judiciary, based on a generalization of domestic experience in introducing digital resources into the judicial system. The study made it possible to trace the main stages of the digitalization of the judicial system, to determine the key priorities for the introduction of information and communication technologies in the activities of Kazakhstani courts, to determine their impact on the formation of a transparent and independent justice system accessible to citizens.
