THE IMPACTS OF DIGITALIZATION TO THE COUNTRY’S ECONOMY

Qodirova Ozoda, Esonova Shahlo, Usarova Marg’iyona

The digital economy is growing fast, especially in developing countries. Yet the meaning and metrics of the digital economy are both limited and divergent. The aim of this paper is to review what is currently known in order to develop a definition of the digital economy, and an estimate of its size. The paper argues there are three scopes of relevance. The core of the digital economy is the ‘digital sector’: the IT/ICT sector producing foundational digital goods and services. The true ‘digital economy’ – defined as “that part of economic output derived solely or primarily from digital technologies with a business model based on digital goods or services” – consists of the digital sector plus emerging digital and platform services. The widest scope – use of ICTs in all economic fields – is here referred to as the ‘digitalised economy’. Following a review of measurement challenges, the paper estimates the digital economy as defined here to make up around 5% of global GDP and 3% of global employment. Behind this lies significant unevenness: the global North has had the lion’s share of the digital economy to date, but growth rates are fastest in the global South. Yet potential growth could be much higher: further research to understand more about the barriers to and impacts of the digital economy in developing countries is therefore a priority.

Kim Veronika Vladimirovna

Natural hybrids in vegetable soybean cultures are an important source of new starting material for soybean breeding. Systematic production of hybrid plants of vegetable soybeans in Uzbekistan on the basis of natural spontaneous hybridization has been carried out since 2014.

Natural hybridization in vegetable soybeans is carried out mainly by pre-pollination of opened self-pollinated flowers with pollen of unrelated closely growing genotypes. Foreign pollen germinates in the tissues of the pistil simultaneously with its own, which causes intense gametophytic competition. In multi-seeded beans, both hybrid and pseudo hybrid seeds are simultaneously tied, that is, from self-fertilization.

Alimova Vasila Bahodirovna

In this paper, we study input-state stability (ISS) of equilibrium for a scalar conservation law with nonlocal velocity and measurement error occurring in a high-volume reproducible system . Using the corresponding Lyapunov function, we derive sufficient and necessary conditions on ISS. We propose a numerical discretization of the scalar conservation law with nonlocal velocity and measurement error. For the proposed numerical approximation, the appropriate discrete Lyapunov function is analyzed to provide the ISS of the discrete equilibrium. For the proposed numerical approximation, the appropriate discrete Lyapunov function is analyzed to provide the ISS of the discrete equilibrium. Finally, we show computational results to confirm the theoretical conclusions.

DEFINITION AND LEXICAL GRAMMATICAL FEATURES OF ADVERBS

Nazarova Shaxnoza Toxir Qizi

Since the emergence of the science of linguistics, the issue of word classification has attracted the attention of experts, and discussions on this topic are still ongoing. If we observe the history of word groups, we can see that in the classification of Indians, Arabs, and Greeks, first of all, words important for speech - verbs and nouns - were separated. More precisely, the primitive classification of words, both in the East and in the West, is mainly three groups: words that indicate action (verb), words that name something (such as a thing, sign, quantity, action, state) (noun /name) and consisted of words (auxiliary words) that do not belong to these two groups. Later, as a result of scientific research conducted in this field, the boundaries and scope of word groups were determined, classification symbols of each group were developed. However, it should also be mentioned that, as in nature and society, words undergo evolution - the development of meaning. The transition of a word from one family to another sometimes takes centuries, and this, in turn, creates ongoing problems in the classification of words.

Berdimuradov Murodjon

With the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1991s Central Asian nations and Japan established diplomatic relations and partnerships began to increase steadily as manifested by the level of official contacts. In 1997 the “Silk Road” Diplomacy concept was formulated for Japan’s policy toward Central Asia. At the beginning of the 21st century, we see the activation of new actors including India, Korea, and Japan in Central Asia, which were mainly welcomed in the region. Tokyo recognized the growing strategic importance of Central Asia in the context of international security and sought to play a more active role as an Asian nation in Eurasia. During two decades Central Asian nations and Japan began to increase steadily. Japan is one of the largest assistants to Central Asia in structural reforms and Japanese investments in the different aspects of the region's economy and transport communication add up to several billion. There are several areas of special interest to Japan in its relations with Central Asia, including cooperation in education, economic development of the region, political reforms, as well as energy resources. Japan’s effort in creating the “Central Asia plus Japan” dialog is part of its multilateral diplomacy. At the same time, there are some challenges and problems in Central Asia–Japan relations. However, there are potentialities for future bilateral and multilateral relations. Japan like Korea, India, and other countries has a strong positive image in Central Asia, which could be regarded as an additional factor for fostering partnerships between Central and East Asia as well as interregional relations with the vast Asian continent and beyond.

This article explores the interests of the Central Asian states as members of the SCO, and their compatibility with the SCO goals. This study shows that the SCO is compatible with the Central Asian states' security and economic interests, regional cooperation, and the need for balanced relations with the great powers— China, Russia, and the United States.

Students must begin learning vocabulary after it has been presented and often before it has been practiced. While practicing and applying vocabulary is an important part of the learning process, students often require time to process a vocabulary item. The first step is to figure out how to record various aspects of the word - What do words mean? to get an idea of how difficult it is to know a word. It is critical to keep a word somewhere accessible or to keep it in mind. In teaching English vocabulary to students through vocabulary classification techniques, we can group words and develop their learning and use of meanings more easily through classification techniques.

Growing vegetables in a low-volume crop on hydroponics is a modern, convenient and cost-effective way to grow plants. This way to prevent harmful substances from the soil from entering the plants is not to use the soil. Hydroponics is an ancient and at the same time modern and progressive method of growing plants without soil. This technology in the cultivation of vegetables provides equal conditions for all plants, which ensures a high level of production of standard products. There are no problems with soil acidity and agrochemical composition. It is possible to use the same types of fertilizers for different crops, growth is accelerated and yields increase, since physiological processes proceed much faster

Our article provides data that in low-volume hydroponic greenhouses of Uzbekistan it is quite possible to cultivate from domestic tomato hybrids F1 Saihun, and F1 Zamira, which in terms of yield and quality are not inferior to the foreign hybrid F1 Salmaz.

MARKERS OF INFLAMMATORY AND HYPERCOAGULATION SYNDROMES IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER DAMAGE IN THE REHABILITATION PERIOD OF COVID-19

Daminova L.T., Adilova D.Sh.

Purpose of the study: to study some biochemical parameters of mesenchymal-inflammatory and hypercoagulable syndromes in patients with liver damage who underwent SARS-COV2 infection.

Materials and research methods. 243 patients who had COVID-19 at the age of 18-60 were under observation. Inclusion criteria in the study were: transferred no earlier than 10 days prior to entry into the COVID-19 study; at the time of inclusion in the study PCR-negative COVID-19, negative PCR and markers of replication of hepatitis viruses. As a control group (CG), 20 healthy volunteers were examined. Enzymes were determined in the blood serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma glutamyl aminotransferase (GGT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (AP), total and direct bilirubin, albumin, ferritin, C reactive protein and complete blood count.

Research results The activity of blood liver enzymes in patients who underwent COVID-19 was significantly increased compared to CG: ALT exceeded the average values in CG by almost 10 times, AST = almost 3 times, LDH - 3 times, GGT and ALP - almost 1 .5 times. The level of bilirubin in the CG was significantly higher (p<0.001). The concentration of albumin in the peripheral blood of patients was reduced (p<0.001 significance of the difference from CG). The level of hemoglobin and erythrocytes in peripheral blood was significantly lower than in the CG (p<0.001 and p<0.05). The platelet count was reduced (p<0.001 significant difference from CG). The ESR and CRP concentrations were significantly increased compared with the CG (p<0.001 significance for both indicators).

Conclusion

In patients who have undergone COVID-19, functional changes in the liver are noted, characterized by cytolytic, cholestatic syndrome, and a decrease in protein-synthesizing function. Also, these patients have signs of redistributive anemia and sideropenia, thrombocytopenia, and persistent activity of mesenchymal-inflammatory and coagulopathic syndromes. ALT activity significantly positively correlates with the activity of systemic inflammation and hypercoagulability indices.
