Оver the yeаrs, medіcіne hаs evоlved. Thіs cаn be seen іn the аnаlysіs оf medіcаl termіnоlоgy. Wіth the develоpment оf medіcіne, termіnоlоgy аlsо develоped, аnd mаny neоlоgіsms аppeаred.

Perspective expressions address the articulations that are depicted by conspicuousness, reproducibility, similarly as by an absolute friendly motivation for a certain linguocultural neighborhood. The focus of the investigation is on the point of reference states, whose semantics and design have been intentionally altered with the intention of producing a specific open impact. Changed reference phrases demonstrate their triple nature when used in the features of online media messages: They function as "expressemes," "point-of-reference wonder" images, and "paratexts." The purpose of this paper is to investigate the eccentricities as paratexts of altered point of reference phrases in the title texts of American and British online media messages.

In this article, aspects of artistry, reality were interpreted in the ruboi and ghazals of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur. The poet's ghazals and ruboias address a specific theme and strictly follow logical consistency.

The article focuses on  the comparison of distinctive features of nonverbal expressions, their similar and dissimilar peculiarities in English and Uzbek communication. The examples are provided in the English and Uzbek languages concerning culture specific nonverbal expressions. In this study we also mention some of researcher`s work, such as the contribution of Uzbek scholar to the study of nonverbal means in Uzbek communication.

The stylistic means of antithesis in English has its own peculiarities, and the communicative pragmatic aspects of the stylistic means of antithesis in Uzbek are analyzed. Antithesis is a stylistic phenomenon that occurs mainly in conjunctions. Antitheses are very common in proverbs and poems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sensation seeking, boredom proneness, and gaming addiction among college students. The study aimed to examine whether individuals with higher levels of sensation seeking and boredom proneness are more susceptible to developing gaming addiction. The research involved a sample of college students who completed self-report measures assessing their sensation seeking tendencies, boredom proneness, and gaming addiction symptoms. The findings indicated a positive correlation between sensation seeking and gaming addiction, as well as a positive correlation between boredom proneness and gaming addiction. These results suggest that certain personality traits and psychological factors may contribute to the development of gaming addiction among college students.

The article is devoted to the content, ideological and artistic nature of mavlono Sakkoki's ghazals "kim ermas ul oy mubtalosi", "yuzung khayuldurdi kushuldurdi parvona" and "gul Burun Burun qaysa qaysa çaman in işa", covering the poetic arts used in them and their interpretations of occupation. The article focused on the artistic skill of the poet, his style in praising the beauty of the garden. Feedback on the means of artistic image is given. As a result, it was found that in the gazelles of Saccocius, the suffering of sad and bereavement in love, devotion to wife and him, the enjoyment of the pleasures of life, dream is expressed in an impressive way, in a simple and melodic state. It has also been proven that in the poet's ghazals, the aesthetic pleasure inherent in love, the high human qualities inherent in true love and Mistress are artistically expressed.

This article presents an exploratory study that investigates the effects of weight training exercises on the improvement of leg strength in football players. Leg strength plays a crucial role in the performance of football players, as it directly impacts their ability to sprint, jump, tackle, and execute powerful kicks. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of weight training exercises in enhancing leg strength and examines the potential benefits for football players. A pre- and post-intervention design is employed, where football players undergo a structured weight training program targeting the lower body. The study's findings provide insights into the effectiveness of weight training exercises in improving leg strength, contributing to the understanding of strength training interventions for football players.

Teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) to bilingual students can present both challenges and opportunities. While bilingual students may have a good command of their first language, which can facilitate their learning of ESP, they may also face challenges such as interference from their first language, cultural differences, and varying levels of proficiency in English. Effective teaching strategies such as using bilingual dictionaries, providing authentic materials, and incorporating cultural elements into lessons can help address these challenges. In addition, teaching ESP to bilingual students presents opportunities for cross-cultural communication and the development of intercultural competence. This paper explores the challenges and opportunities of teaching ESP to bilingual students and highlights effective teaching strategies that can be employed.

An anecdote is a fusion of literature, folklore and humor and implies the presence of a comic element, which reflects history and everything new that appears in society.  As a rule, an anecdote makes fun of human vices: greed, stupidity, hypocrisy, etc., and at the end, at times, contains morality.  This article discusses the structural features of an anecdote as a comic phenomenon.

It is proved that the structural features of an anecdote are its conciseness, rigid structure, narrativity and at the same time drama, the obligatory presence of a dialogue and at the same time an actual monologue.  The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that structurally and in content this genre has undergone some modifications and in recent decades is considered not only from the standpoint of humor, but also in line with pragmalinguistics.

Nowadays learning and teaching foreign languages are very important process. However, it is necessary to admit the circumstance that foreign languages should be taught in a comparative way without causing damage to the mother language. Thus anecdotes are short stories that are used to entertain and amuse people. They often rely on humor to make people laugh or illustrate a point. English and Uzbek anecdotes share some similarities in terms of their use of humor, but there are also notable differences between the two languages.

Discourse is the creation and organization of the segments of a language above as well as below the sentence. It is segments of language which may be bigger or smaller than a single sentence but the adduced meaning is always beyond the sentence. The term discourse applies to both spoken and written language, in fact to any sample of language used for any purpose. Any series of speech events or any combination of sentences in written form wherein successive sentences or utterances hang together is discourse. Discourse analysis is the study of how language is used in texts. It looks at the ways in which people use language to communicate, and how this use of language affects the way that people interpret and understand what is being said.

In this study, the need to make additions to the existing definitions of pedagogical terms was determined, and the cognitive-pragmatic aspect was studied. It also aimed to reveal the achievements related to the usefulness and possibilities of these pedagogical terms. Also, it is worth noting that in general terms related to pedagogy are generally used in all areas and situations of oral speech, except for the direction of pedagogy. For this reason, we set ourselves the goal of studying the cognitive-pragmatic aspect of the terms related to pedagogy and creating a theoretical basis for a wider understanding of the terms in this field of linguistics.
