Abstract
: In the formation of interethnic harmony, modern educational
strategies are important in the development of mutual respect, understanding and
harmony between people of different nationalities and cultures in society. Today,
globalization processes, increasing cultural diversity, and social change demand new
approaches in educational systems. And modern educational strategies are aimed at
meeting exactly these needs, through which the principles of interethnic harmony are
instilled in the younger generation, skills of intercultural communication are formed.
Keywords:
interethnic harmony, society, culture, communication, interactive
methods, thought, group.
Interethnic harmony is a major factor in ensuring the stability and peace of
society. The educational system serves as an effective tool for eliminating
misunderstandings, conflicts and contradictions that can arise between
representatives of different nationalities and cultures. Through education, young
people acquire the principles of mutual respect, tolerance, justice and equality, which
makes it possible for them to cooperate in social life in the future. Interactive training
methods occupy an important place in the formation of interethnic harmony. Unlike
traditional lesson methods, interactive methods increase the activity of students,
teach them to freely express their thoughts, listen to the opinion of others. For
example, group discussions, role-playing games, problem-situation solving classes
encourage students to understand each other. In the process, they learn about

different cultures and traditions and abandon stereotypes. At the same time,
interactive methods develop collaborative skills in students, teaching them to solve
problems together.[1]
Intercultural curricula and materials have become an integral part of the
educational process. Through textbooks, manuals, audiovisual materials, students are
introduced to the historical, cultural and social values of different nationalities. These
materials broaden the reader's worldview, encouraging them to respect other
cultures. Intercultural education programs train young people to perceive mutual
differences as wealth, to value them. Thus, a solid foundation is created for the
formation of interethnic harmony in the educational process. The widespread use of
information and communication technologies in the field of education opens up new
opportunities for the development of interethnic harmony. Through online platforms,
virtual environments, students will have the opportunity to communicate with people
of different nationalities and countries, exchange experiences. This develops their
intercultural skills, further expanding their worldview. At the same time, with the help
of technologies, it will be possible to individualize the educational process and adapt
it to the interests of students. For example, with interactive lessons, video
conferences, e-books, and other tools, students interact, becoming more familiar
with each other's culture.[2]
The creation of psychological and social support systems in educational
institutions is important in strengthening interethnic harmony. In order for students
to feel safe and accepted, to respect their national and cultural identity, it is necessary
to provide psychological support, organize trainings to prevent and resolve conflicts.
This develops a relationship of trust and friendship between the students. Also
important in this direction are the activities of psychologists, social educators and
other professionals, which, along with supporting the emotional state of students,
serve to increase intercultural understanding.[3]

The strategy of involving parents and the general public in the educational
process is also effective in shaping interethnic harmony. Education is carried out not
only in schools and universities, but also in the family and in society. Therefore, it is
necessary to involve parents and representatives of society in issues of intercultural
dialogue and harmony, to inform them in this regard, to organize seminars, round
tables and propaganda events. This reinforces the social role of educational
institutions and serves to strengthen harmony in society. Improving the skills of
teachers and introducing them to modern methods and technologies is very
important in the formation of interethnic harmony. Teachers function not only as
knowledge-givers, but also as individuals who educate young people and prepare
them for social life. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly increase their knowledge
in the fields of intercultural communication, conflict, psychology and pedagogy. A
qualified teacher not only teaches students subjects, but also forms a sense of
empathy, tolerance and respect in them. This is an important factor in ensuring
interethnic harmony. The organization of project activities and multicultural events
increases the effectiveness of the educational process. Students understand and
appreciate each other better by creating projects, participating in cultural events
together with people of different nationalities and cultures. This process develops
their collaborative skills, increases their social activity. For example, intercultural
Festivals, International days, Arts and sports events serve to strengthen friendship
and solidarity among young people. [4]
The application of the principles of inclusive education is another important
strategy in the formation of interethnic harmony. Every student, regardless of their
national, cultural or religious background, must have equal rights, be able to express
themselves in the educational process. This serves to strengthen the principles of
equality and justice in society. Inclusive education increases student self-esteem,
helping to combat stereotypes and discrimination. In addition, in the formation of

interethnic harmony, it is important that the educational system is in harmony with
public policy. The development and implementation of laws, programs and strategies
to ensure interethnic harmony by the state will help to effectively organize the
educational process. Public policy directs the activities of educational institutions,
allocates resources and conducts monitoring. There is also a large role of media and
media in ensuring interethnic harmony. Educational institutions and government
bodies can carry out propaganda through the media and widely spread the principles
of interethnic harmony in youth and the general public. Media is an important tool in
increasing
cross-cultural
understanding,
combating
stereotypes
and
discrimination.[5]
Information and communication technologies play an important role in the
development of interethnic harmony in modern society. These technologies make it
possible to connect people with people of different cultures and nationalities,
exceeding the geographical limits. Through the Internet, social media, e-mail, and
other means of communication, people exchange ideas, provide information about
their cultures and traditions, and also get to know the values and customs of other
peoples. As a result, misunderstandings among people decrease, stereotypes and
previous prejudices disappear. ICT also serves to strengthen interethnic harmony in
education. With the help of online educational platforms and interactive lessons,
students will be able to learn the history, culture and language of different
nationalities. This helps to form feelings of tolerance, respect and friendship in the
younger generation. Also, international projects and seminars organized through
technology in the educational process bring young people together, encourage them
to work together and foster intercultural dialogue. In addition, ICT is an effective tool
in promoting interethnic harmony. Information about peace, tolerance and Human
Rights is communicated to the general public through the Internet and social media.
Representatives of different nationalities have the opportunity to freely express their

opinions and participate in discussions that increase mutual respect and harmony.
This helps to ensure social solidarity and stability in the community. It is also
facilitated by ICT to host international intercultural events, festivals and conferences.
Through these activities, people of different ethnicities demonstrate their cultures,
have a deeper understanding of each other's Customs, and strengthen their bonds of
friendship. Technologies Act as a bridge that unites people, develop intercultural
relations and further strengthen interethnic harmony. In general, ICT is a modern and
effective tool in the development of interethnic harmony. They unite people, increase
intercultural understanding, enrich the processes of education and communication,
and serve to strengthen peace and harmony in society. Therefore, the correct and
rational use of information and Communication Technologies is one of the important
factors in the further development of interethnic harmony.[6]
Conclusion:
In conclusion, modern educational strategies in the formation of interethnic
harmony require a multifaceted and integrated approach. Interactive methods,
intercultural curricula, information and communication technologies, psychological
support, cooperation with parents and society, teacher training, project activities and
inclusive education principles together serve to strengthen interethnic harmony.
These strategies help to form a spirit of mutual respect, tolerance and harmony in the
younger generation, promoting stability and peace in society. Therefore, further
development and implementation of these approaches in educational systems is an
important task. By ensuring interethnic harmony, we create an opportunity for the
future generation to build a peaceful, stable and harmonious society.
