that have arisen in children in the preschool educational organization. This requires the
psychologist of the preschool educational organization to draw up a short-term work program. In
this, the psychologist should pay special attention to each case, the training should not last long,
establish a relationship based on trust with the child, give a friendly and warm tone to the
communication, put the child in front of him, do not pay too much attention to the child's
mistakes, and adjust the pace of the test to the individual psychological characteristics of the
child. After receiving the services of a psychologist several times and feeling that the result has
changed in a positive direction, they will not only trust and respect the psychologist of the
preschool educational organization, but also have the same attitude towards other educators. For
this reason, a psychologist should not lose sight of any situation or characteristic of children
during individual and group work.
