BSTRACT
This article presents the theoretical and functional structure of the activation of the requirements of
independent learning through the design of educational activities on the example of general professional
disciplines. It also shows the pedagogical process, the pedagogical system and its stages, algorithms of
educational activities, didactic materials needed to activate the independent learning of students.

NTRODUCTION
The results of theoretical studies in the field of
pedagogy and psychology have made important
changes in the field of graphic knowledge, and
stimulated the scientific search for creative
initiative, activity and ways to improve the
methods of teaching general professional
subjects.

independent education in the training of future
professional education teachers. In this way,
opportunities
for
developing
students'
independent work skills (motivation, orientation,
engagement and enrichment of experiences) are
expanded.
While the purpose of forming independent work
methodical competence in future professional
education teachers is the development of
components such as self-awareness, assessment
and management of the student in the process of
professional and personal development and
preparation for work in various educational
institutions, the tasks of learning the basics of
general professional and specialized sciences
should include the following:
-
development of pedagogical and technical-
technological thinking as a method of
identifying and solving problems in
specific pedagogical and production
problem situations;
-
to achieve a positive attitude towards the
acquisition of pedagogical, general
professional and specialized knowledge as
the basis of the pedagogical and personal
activity of the future vocational teacher;
-
formation of reproductive and creative
methods of educational-pedagogical and
production activities as the basis of the
individual method of future professional
activity;
-
development of important professional
and pedagogical qualities (sympathy, love
of children, etc.), creating the need for
professional
and
personal
self-
development.
The main part. Factors of self-improvement in the
group of educational values of training and
professional
development
of
pedagogical
personnel in scientific sources - a new approach
to self-improvement, independent education,
independent knowledge acquisition, ability to
demonstrate
personal
abilities,
socio-
professional
independence,
independent
education
strategy,
planning
and
self-
management,
self-education,
professional-
personal
self-improvement,
independent
learning sources, forms, methods, methods and
tools, their variety, their effective use, etc. [1].
In the course of education, teachers of
professional education should determine the
following tasks through independent work:

independent education;

to acquire the skills of independent
assimilation of new knowledge;

searching for necessary information,
identifying convenient methods and tools;

-effective use of information sources and
addresses;
-
work with traditional educational and
scientific
literature,
regulatory
documents;
-
work
with
electronic
educational
literature and data bank;

purposeful use of the Internet;
-
acquiring the ability to organize one's
activities based on an innovative
approach;

competencies.
Taking into account the level of theoretical and
practical training of teachers of professional
education, the following forms can be used in the
organization of independent education in the
educational process: independent mastering of
some subjects of science with the help of
educational literature, working with educational
resources; collecting materials for (graduation)
qualification work; finding a solution to an
existing problem in practice, preparing a test,
controversial questions and tasks; preparing a
scientific article, thesis and lecture; studying and
analyzing
the
recommended
literature;
innovations in science teaching, pedagogical
technologies and the study of advanced foreign
experiences, etc. [3].
In the effective organization of independent work
in teachers of professional education:
-
systematic approach;
-
coordination and integration of all stages;
-
it is necessary to improve the organization
and control mechanisms.
The independent work process of the teachers of
future professional education should be based on
the informational and methodical support that
has been improved according to the innovative
approach. As a result of the independent work of
teachers of professional education, they study the
regulatory documents and organize the
educational process based on them, ensure the
interdependence of pedagogical processes,
introduce a systematic approach to increase the
quality and efficiency, improve the educational
activities of students, and collect information that
creates a necessary and comfortable educational
environment for students. , effective results such
as the development of innovative models of
organizing the educational process are achieved
[2].
Analysis. Thus, in order to create a system for
activating students' independent work in
learning general professional subjects, it is
necessary to design three types of objects:
pedagogical system, pedagogical processes, and
pedagogical situations. All of them will be
designed interdependently, taking into account
the integrity and internal unity.
Designing a pedagogical system, pedagogical
processes and pedagogical situations is a complex
multi-level activity. This activity is carried out as
a series of steps, leading to the development of
future activities from a general idea to specific
actions that are clearly described. There are three
stages of design:
-
first stage-modelling;
-
second stage-design;
-
third stage-construction.
The inclusion of independent work in the process
of training teachers of future professional
education requires careful analysis of all planned
activities during lectures and practical training
and establishing coherence between them, taking
into account their gradual complexity. This shows
the functional effect of reproductive and creative
independent work [4].

This component performs an explanatory and
illustrative function. In this regard, the
educational task of independent work is of
particular importance. The choice of knowledge,
its form, the nature of its use and application
depends on the flow of thought processes and
thus determines the close connection of the
knowledge learned by the student to the
activation of cognitive activity.
C
ONCLUSION
The next component of the model is technological.
It consists of two interrelated elements - the
algorithm of independent work of students and
the development of educational tools that enable
the activation of independent activity of students.
The activity of the teacher is characterized, first of
all, by setting the goal of activating the
independent work of the student. It leads to the
search for various combinations of independent
works that ensure the assimilation of graphic
knowledge and the development of the creative
potential of the future engineer, and at the same
time gives attention to the student to perform and
activate independent works.
