COMPARISON OF TRANSLATIONS OF THE CATEGORIES OF JOY, ANGER AND FEAR IN THE NOVEL “MATILDA”
This article is devoted to the analysis of three categories: joy, anger and fear in the work of Roald Dahl “Matilda”. Background: Due to the fact that they express the emotionality of the characters of the work, being part of the style, their interpretation causes some difficulties for the translator. Methods: The comparative and contrastive analysis methods were used in this work with the help of examples from the novel mentioned above in English, Russian and Uzbek languages. The statistic and method of classification are also considered as a significant in this article. Results: The classification of emotions found in the work “Matilda” into “joy”, “anger” and “fear” allowed us to establish that an incorrect translation of the emotional state of the characters can violate the style of the author of the original work, which can lead to a distortion of thought. Conclusion: Emotionality plays an important role in a work of any genre, especially for children. And their translation can cause some difficulties, since what causes joy in one culture can cause anger and even fear in another. The translator must perform cultural and emotional adaptation without violating the style of the author of the original work.
THE ROLE OF PROFESSOR MAMATQUL JO'RAEV IN COLLECTION AND STUDY OF WEDDING SONGS
Folk art is a priceless, inexhaustible spiritual treasure! Various genres, including proverbs and riddles, praise and cursing, great epics, children's folklore, ritual folklore, etc., which are included in this treasure, are of great value to the representatives of the field of the field. In particular, the effective work of the folklorist scientist Mamatqul Joraev, who dedicated his life to the study of the masterpieces of artistic thinking, immortal traditions, rich heritage of our ancestors, further development of the science of Uzbek folklore, and the work of educating a mature generation on this basis, is worthy of recognition. In this article, the scientist's research on the collection and study of wedding songs, their relevance, novelty, theoretical and practical importance are expressed.
SOME REMARKS ON THE STRUCTURE OF UZBEK FOLK MAGICAL TALES
Uzbek folklore has priceless heritage masterpieces, which include examples of folk art. These samples were recorded, collected and published from various corners of our country during folklore expeditions organized by Uzbek folklorists since the end of the 19th century. This made it possible to carry out fundamental research on the study of historical roots of specific genre features, literature, versions, plots and leading motives of folklore works. Work in this regard continues consistently today. Despite the fact that certain achievements have been made in Uzbek folklore studies, the current spiritual and educational need requires folklorists to pay special and comprehensive attention to the research of Uzbek folk tales.
INVESTIGATING THE IMPACT OF AEROSIL-380 SUSPENSIONS ON CELLULOSE FABRICS VIA THERMAL METHODS
This article presents the results of a comprehensive thermal analysis of cellulose-containing fabrics treated with stable suspensions derived from both unmodified and surface-modified Aerosil-380 nanoparticles. The study aimed to investigate the influence of nanoparticle treatment on the thermal behaviour and fire-resistant properties of the fabrics. The thermal tests, including techniques such as thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), revealed that the application of Aerosil-380, particularly the modified versions, significantly enhanced the thermal stability and fire-technical characteristics of the treated textiles. These improvements were particularly notable in increased resistance to ignition and reduced combustion rates, indicating that the modified nanoparticles contributed to superior fire-retardant properties. The findings suggest that integrating modified Aerosil-380 nanoparticles into cellulose-based fabrics could provide a promising approach for developing advanced materials with enhanced safety features for fire-prone environments.
A THREE-FACTOR APPROACH TO DATA SHARING AND SECURITY IN CLOUD STORAGE SYSTEMS
In the realm of cloud storage systems, ensuring robust security and efficient data sharing is a critical concern due to the increasing volume and sensitivity of stored information. This study proposes a novel three-factor approach designed to enhance both data sharing and security in cloud storage environments. The proposed mechanism integrates three key factors: authentication, encryption, and access control, to create a comprehensive framework that addresses common security vulnerabilities and operational challenges.
The first factor, authentication, employs multi-factor authentication (MFA) to verify the identities of users accessing the cloud storage system. This ensures that only authorized individuals can initiate data sharing activities. The second factor, encryption, involves advanced cryptographic techniques to protect data both in transit and at rest. By encrypting sensitive information, the mechanism safeguards against unauthorized access and data breaches. The third factor, access control, utilizes granular permission settings to regulate user access based on roles and responsibilities, thereby minimizing the risk of data exposure.
The study details the design and implementation of this three-factor approach, including the technical specifications and integration processes with existing cloud storage infrastructures. Through a series of simulations and real-world case studies, the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism in enhancing data security and facilitating efficient sharing is evaluated. Results demonstrate a significant improvement in the protection of sensitive data and the management of user access, compared to traditional single-factor security models.
This research contributes to the field of cloud storage by providing a practical and effective solution to the dual challenges of data security and sharing. The proposed three-factor approach offers a scalable and adaptable framework suitable for various cloud storage applications, from personal data management to enterprise-level storage solutions. The findings underscore the importance of adopting multi-faceted security strategies to safeguard cloud-based information and enhance overall system integrity.
