This article examines information about electronic archives and their types, organization of electronic archives in archival institutions. In the process of creating an electronic archive in a certain organization, the tasks to be performed in order to determine its tasks were studied. Also, the analysis of laws and decisions on the use of electronic archives, creation, regulation and storage of electronic documents was carried out.

This article provides information on the state of heavy industry in the Jizzakh region in the 70s and 80s of the XX century, the existing mines in the field of non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, as well as their reserves and production capacity. 

This article discusses description of Central Asian Cities in the sources of Turkish Authors. The author notes that the largest, populous, trading city after Khiva is New Urganch. It even gives information that it is ahead of Khiva in terms of the development of trade, and trade caravans are constantly passing from the cities of Orenburg and Bukhara. 

The participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil cases in court is one of the long-standing, main and lasting areas of activity of the prosecutor’s office of our country.

Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office” dated August 29, 2001 (in a new edition) provides for participation in the consideration of civil cases in courts, protesting judicial acts that do not comply with the law - as the main activities of the prosecutor’s office [1]. 

This article discusses the role of Ernazar Maqsud in Bukhara-Russia relations. By 1756, Muhammad Rahim Khan (1756-1758) ascended the throne with the consent of the four clans of Uzbeks - the Mangit, the Chinese-Kipchak, the Baharin, and the big officials of the palaces, priests and clan elders and began the rule of the Mangit dynasty. This, in turn, will start a new era in Russian-Bukhara economic and political relations.

The article deals with the issues of subjects of civil procedural legal relations, their civil procedural legal capacity and personality, persons and parties involved in labor disputes on the reinstatement, their procedural and legal status and ways to improve this institution, current trends, problems in legislation and ways of addressing them.

This article is dedicated to the lexicographical aspects of legal terms in German and Uzbek languages. It is evident that terms are commonly utilized in many realms including technology, science, art, literature and law.
