Introduction:

The fundamental reforms carried out in

our republic entail deep and solid knowledge, high
spirituality and culture in each person, and the content
of free thought, creativity, patriotism and humanitarian
qualities. The implementation of reforms in life largely
depends on professionals who are well aware of the
features of pedagogical, psychological processes
carried out by reforming the content of training and
education, knowing the age characteristics of students,
children of any age. Any issue related to professional
activity is related to his professional skills, the degree
of how much he mastered the technique, the degree of
love of his profession

As a task of social and economic importance, the
improvement of professional orientation work in terms
of content and quality is now of particular importance.

The law and adopted decisions “on education” on the

role of this task in the system of continuing education,
as well as the systematicity, integrality, theory of unity
of personality and activity, approach from the point of
view of the interpretations of determinism in the

development of personality, pedagogical, psychological
studies covering the issues of professional orientation
in our country and abroad, philosophical pedagogical
ideas

The main goal of professional orientation is to prepare
the growing younger generation to consciously and
independently choose a profession, a process that
implies the formation of an individual as a subtext of
future professional activity and promotes its
adaptation to the relationship of the market economy.

After all, a correctly chosen profession based on the
interests and abilities of a child will cause the
maturation of qualified, mature specialists in the
future. This is one of the most urgent tasks that should
be carried out in the process of reforming the
educational system carried out in our Republic today

Education aimed at the personality of the student
involves self - development in order to increase the
activity of the student, teach independent, positive
thinking, ensure independence, freedom, work on the
basis of interests (motivation), to pursue their inner

potential to further education through their own
interests.

Modern teaching methods in education mean new
interactive methods. Interactive-derived from the Latin

word “inter” meaning “between, between”, that is, it

means that it is necessary to strengthen, activate the
relationship of mastering education between the
student and the teacher.

Professional orientation should be considered as a
scientific system of free and independent selection of
the profession by young people. In this case, it is
permissible to take into account the individual
characteristics of each individual, to pay attention to
such factors as the need to provide full-fledged labor
reserves from the point of view of the interests of the
national economy. There are different professions in
life. A person can master several different professions,
but at the same time every profession is so complex
that a person can devote his life, mainly, to this one. On
this basis, the problem of choosing a profession arises.

Working with these styles will help improve the
effectiveness of the lesson. It encourages students to
think independently, especially in grades 3-4 with great
effect.

To do this, the class is divided into subgroups. Groups
should consist of 3-7 students. Increasing the number
of students makes the process of working in groups
difficult.

In Grades 2-4, the perception of students is much more
developed. If Grade 1 students mislead letters and
numbers, they will not make such mistakes in Grades 2-
4. Students in Grades 2-4 can now describe objects not
only simply by name, but also describe it, tell its parts,
the task and significance in a person's life. In Grades 2-
4, it is very important to develop the skills of drawing
up a story based on a picture, describing what you see
in words. Children should be taught to explain and
evaluate what events are happening in the picture, to
be able to establish an internal connection between the
observed object and phenomena, to compare
situations, objects, and to justify their point of view.

In addition, it is necessary to change the order of the
groups. Boys and girls in groups should be without a
mixture of bollards. Now let's think about the role and
capabilities of interactive methods in the process of
education and training. Interactive method by
increasing the activity between the teacher and
students in the educational process, guarantees their
mutual movement, the assimilation of knowledge
under its influence, promotes the development of
individual qualities.

Applying these methods will help improve the quality

and effectiveness of the lesson. Its main criteria are to
freely state the teaching material of baxs debating

independent study’ learning ' to conduct seminars, to

work as a small group large group class team, to give
tasks to perform written works, etc. Interactive
education includes methods of increasing amalgam
using information - comunicational technologies based
on creative

creativity through didactic games, by

generating and solving a problem situation by
designing a heuristic (thinking, seeking, finding) sexbat-
lesson process.

In primary education, the age characteristics of
students according to the personal recommendations
of literacy levels didactic games are widely used.
Didactic Games Activate and accelerate the activity of
the reader. They are of great importance in the
implementation of the realization and development of
creative opportunities in the personality of the reader.

The main types of didactic games are: intellectual
(mental) and action and mixed games. These help
students develop mental, physical, moral, spiritual,
educational, psychological, aesthetic, entrepreneurial,
creative, cocktail professional skills.

Didactic games are of great importance in the
education and education of students. It greatly helps
students to master new topics. This style leads students
to think, to keep a free fakir, to dialogue, to creativity.
Especially in students there is an increased interest in
knowing the environment, life. The difficulty
encountered, how to overcome obstacles and critical
thinking shape skills.

In the educational process, it is advisable to use didactic
games that show students their inclinations to a
profession that increases their abilities and interests.

Didactic games are classified into types of theoretical,
practical, physical, roll, performance and other
directions.

In the elementary grades, the use of didactic games

such as ”Zinama

-

zina”, “ Lola sayli”, ” Save The Wolf”,

“think, score, top”, ”trick the Guard”, “help the Red
Hat”, “zab the peak”, “fly to the Moon”, “sex tree”,
“Flying Stars”, “ reach the flag” is achieved in l

essons.

Players master the lesson well through these games.

When choosing the types of didactic games,
compliance with the following criteria gives good
results.

For example: games for Boys, Girls or mixed groups by
composition of participating students;- games by
number of participants, solo, in pairs, small group, large
group, class team, classes aro and mass

style games-

games focused on the process of play-a competition
based on collective action, and games focused on

others will be interesting for students.

We can cite as an example a few of the dasr pictures
with didactic play.

It is known that the game plays the main role in the
activities of the child, who is admitted to the primary
class and takes the first step on the threshold of school.
The game is their favorite hobby, and they try to
harmonize any activity with the game. Therefore, the
teacher makes it possible to increase the effectiveness
of the educational process by using it for the purpose,
without squeezing out their hobby - game-from the
student's activities.

In order for our children to have solid knowledge, skills
and qualifications, of course, it is necessary to interest
them in every subject from a young age. Teacher skills
are extremely important in this.

It is necessary that the elementary school teacher is
tirelessly looking for an increase in the effectiveness of
the educational process with a thorough study of the
age and psychological characteristics of children,
skillfully employing all the knowledge he has.

In elementary grades, it is important to improve the
psychological state of students, protect them from
various stresses, strengthen their knowledge through
various games.

In this, games can be used that focus students on
elegance, agility and correct and clear expression of
thought. At the same time, it is also important that the
selected game is suitable for the topic being played, is
convenient, leads to the intended result.

This also depends on the professional skills of the
teacher, the ability to correctly determine the goal. The
role of didactic games in the formation of motives in
primary education is incomparable.

We bring to the above points playful methods that can
be used in Reading, mother tongue, mathematics,
encourage students to resourcefulness, elegance and
thinking, to increase their creative activity. "Who is he?
What is it? "A number of objects are picked on the
table. the teacher describes any of these objects,
students find out what the point is going about based
on these signs. The advantage of this game is that it can
also be used during the course of the lesson in order to
concentrate on students, to give their hands a rest, or
to introduce new sounds, to outline a new topic in
native language lessons.

As a conclusion, it can be noted that directing students
to the right profession on time is a guarantee of the
development of the country.
