The representation of the interactions of the characters through various cultural origins within the film narratives highlights both the wealth and the complexities inherent to intercultural exchanges.

This article discusses the fact that foreign students are a unique indicator in determining the status of states at the international level and the importance of conducting research in this regard, as well as historical facts about the visit of foreign students to Russia for educational purposes , statistical data on the growth of the number of foreign students over the years, research and experiments dedicated to the issues of education in Russian universities, socio-cultural adaptation.

A mixed-methods approach was used, using qualitative interviews to acquire a deeper understanding of instructors' experiences and quantitative surveys to evaluate changes in autonomous learning habits. The article explores the role of improvisation in the process of developing communication skills among student teachers. Improvisation, as an active learning method, provides unique opportunities for developing interpersonal skills, adaptation to changing environments, and emotional control. The author conducted an experimental study during which students of the Faculty of Education participated in specially designed improvisation training. The results showed significant improvements among participants in the areas of self-confidence, communication effectiveness, and creative thinking ability. The improvisation approach demonstrates its potential as an effective means of developing the communication competencies necessary for successful teaching.

Government online services are often considered a core component of e-government, generating significant interest not only among practitioners and scholars but also among policymakers because of their crucial role in enhancing a country's governance capacity. This study, which is based on the United Nations E-Government Survey's Online Service Index, the World Bank's Worldwide Governance Indicators, and the Global Innovation Index, investigates how e-government online services' technology, institutional frameworks, content provision, e-participation, and service provision, as well as innovation, enhance the national governance capacity and offer governance support. The study confirms the critical role of the aforementioned factors in boosting governance capacity and offers three mutually nonexclusive solution types that enhance governance support. These solutions support governance by improving the closeness of interactions between the government and the public, the potential for public participation in governance, and the government's own influence. Additionally, the study reveals that innovation can enhance the impact of e-government online services on national governance capacity, thereby providing a more comprehensive perspective on how e-government online services influence national governance.

This study advances our understanding of how e-government enhances a nation's governance capability and offers supplementary insights into the fields of interdisciplinary innovation research and mixed-methods research.

The Jadidist movement aimed to reform public education by establishing schools based on new methods in Turkestan, which had its own unique social, cultural, and religious conditions. The article examines the distinctive features of the Jadidist movement, the impact of new teaching methods on society, and the long-term outcomes of this movement. The development of Jadidism in the Turkestan region, educational reforms, and the establishment of new schools are explored in relation to how the education system for future generations would change.

This article examines the role of simulation modeling in the training of oil and gas industry specialists, highlighting its benefits, limitations, and prospects. The research integrates a literature review, comparative analysis of educational strategies, and a pedagogical experiment to assess the impact of digital models on students' analytical thinking, forecasting abilities, and decision-making skills. The results confirm that simulation modeling enhances theoretical knowledge retention, research competencies, and engineering intuition. However, challenges such as data verification, overreliance on digital models, and limited real-world adaptability were identified. Recommendations include integrating simulation modeling with real-case analyses, uncertainty modeling, and augmented reality technologies. The findings contribute to improving digital learning methodologies in technical education.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of using phonetic games in teaching phonetics compared to traditional methods in primary schools. The experiment involved 700 students from three regions of Uzbekistan: Andijan, Fergana, and Namangan. The students were divided into experimental and control groups. The results showed significant improvements in phonetics knowledge among students taught using phonetic games compared to those who continued with the traditional curriculum. Phonetic games not only enhanced academic performance but also improved motivation and engagement.

As a result of a detailed analysis of scientific sources, it was concluded that the terms "competence" and “communication competence” are often interpreted similarly, have many commonalities, but the concept of "competence" has a broader meaning. In this dissertation research, the term "competence" is considered as a set of knowledge, skills, competences and personal motives aimed at solving standard and non-standard theoretical and practical problems within any activity. By competence we mean that a person has the appropriate powers; this is a systematic unit of the level of knowledge, experience, behavioral skills and ability to act that fully corresponds to the requirements of a certain professional activity.
