The Effectiveness of Career Selection and Career Guidance in
Student

Abstract:
This article is achieved by active, purposeful work with schoolchildren, identifying their true interests
and abilities in biological sciences, personal inclinations, as well as building confidence in choosing the right
profession that meets the needs of the city, district, village in which they live. Therefore, from a pedagogical point
of view, the effectiveness of choosing a profession based on biological education is understood as measuring the
compliance of a person's choice of profession with teacher recommendations.

Introduction:
The The main tasks of Information
Systems in education are the development of
information that the consumer needs using the most
optimal methods of managing all information resources
belonging to the studied object, and the creation of an
informational and technical supply environment for
their use in the management of the educational object.
Vocational guidance is a socio-economic category
according to the indicators of assessment of Essence
and effectiveness. It is a problem with a socio-
economic, medical - physiological and psychological-
pedagogical essence on the tasks of solving
professional orientation.[2]
Choosing a profession is a difficult and responsible step
in life. Do not leave the choice of your future profession
to chance. The profession should be chosen
deliberately, taking into account its abilities, internal
beliefs, real possibilities, having studied all the pros and
cons. In order not to cause disappointments, the
profession must meet three main criteria:
- the profession should be interesting, match your
preferences, inclinations;
- match your capabilities (health level, qualifications
and abilities);
It is necessary for students to be able to analyze
professions; to be able to correctly assess their
personal qualities, interests and health levels, to be
able to compare their individual characteristics with
the requirements that professions impose on a person,
to be able to draw up personal professional plans.
Students will study the areas of national economy
under the Department of fundamentals of the national
economy, reforms taking place in the national
economy, market economy requirements, public
private enterprises, co operations, firms, companies,
concerns, forms of Organization of production in them,
technological processes, stages of preparation of
products, protection from the harmful effects of
natural production, ways to reduce the value of
products; labor qonunchiligini. Ma the prosperity,
socio-political, economic stability of any society
depends on the high level of mental maturity and moral
potential of its sufferers. The formation of a new
system for training personnel who have been perfectly
trained on the basis of the rich intellectual heritage of
the people, which has been preserved for centuries, as
well as new achievements of culture, Enlightenment,
science and technology on the basis of universal values
is one of the important conditions for the development
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A number of changes are
being made, including in education, science. These
amendments directly serve to ensure that the future
generation grows into a harmonious personality
The basis of professional orientation is such important
factors as the factor-intensive use of the labor force,
health care, the cultivation of a person's labor and
creative abilities, ensuring the comprehensive

development of the individual in the process of
professional labor, and the achievement of a person's
choice of his profession with conscious clarity, with the
demand for his own moral need .Having a certain
knowledge of the abilities of the student in the process
of upbringing, the stages of rifling of these abilities, one
or another profession, children's psychology is required
to be qualified. On the basis of historical figures of
professional orientation work, three elements of this
system were identified by US:
1.Organizational and technical.
2. Medical-psychological.
3. Pedagogical-psychological
In the conditions of our republic, the system of
qualification for the profession and its functions have
several peculiarities. If we consider professional
orientation as a system of multifaceted, holistic
scientific and practical activities of state institutions
responsible for preparing the younger generation for
the choice of a profession, solving a set of socio-
economic, psychological, pedagogical and medical-
physiological tasks. formation of professional self-
determination in accordance with the individual needs
of each individual and based on the demand of society
for highly qualified personnel; a diagram of the
component (subsystem) of the system of integral
vocational guidance, which can be expressed as
follows. Thus, the holistic system of professional
orientation consists of interconnected subsystems
(components) combined with a unit of common goals,
tasks and functions. - The organizational and functional
subsystem is characterized by the activities of social
institutions responsible for preparing schoolchildren
for the conscious choice of profession. - The logical-
content subsystem is characterized by the educational
function and is also the function of the development of
interests and inclinations. - Personal subsystem-the
personality of a growing individual is considered as a
subject of the development of professional self-
determination. - The management subsystem includes
the collection and processing of information about
processes, the state of the phenomena or professional
orientation system, the development of an action
program, the regulation of the implementation process
and the development of recommendations for its
improvement. As a conclusion, I must emphasize that
the mastery of the subject, the interest of each student
in choosing a profession, depends on the potential of
the teacher and to what extent he can use technology
and be able to infuse students.
