STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL MECHANISM IMPROVEMENT
State financial control is a crucial element of public administration, ensuring the efficient allocation of financial resources, their rational use, and management in compliance with legal norms. In the context of Uzbekistan’s economic modernization, enhancing the effectiveness of state financial control and improving its mechanisms is a pressing issue. This paper analyzes the legal foundations of state financial control, its operational mechanisms, and insights drawn from international experience. Furthermore, it explores challenges and proposes a strategic framework to enhance financial control mechanisms in alignment with international standards. The study contributes to the discourse on governance, financial accountability, and transparency by drawing comparisons with global best practices and offering policy recommendations for Uzbekistan’s financial oversight institutions.
