PRESCHOOL EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS FOR INNOVATIVE PROFESSIONAL
ACTIVITIES

Abstract:
This article discusses the unique pedagogical and psychological features of the
process of preparing future preschool education specialists for innovative professional activities.
Pedagogical practices, best practices and cooperation with parents were also described in
preparing them for innovative professional activities.

In the Decree "On the Strategy of Actions for the Further Development of the Republic of
Uzbekistan", "Expanding the network of preschool educational institutions and fundamentally
improving the conditions for the all-round intellectual, aesthetic and physical development of
children in these institutions, directions such as "seriously increasing education coverage and
ensuring access to education, raising the qualification level of pedagogues and specialists", and
in this regard, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan developed a special program for the
development of the preschool education system, the task of improving the system management
infrastructure is set, and special attention is paid to the development of scientific and methodical
support.
Most of the tasks that the government of our republic sets for preschool education depend on the
professional skills and management potential of pedagogues. A pedagogue-educator is
responsible for achieving the goals set for the preschool education system, organizing various
activities of the students, and raising them to be educated, polite, faithful, hardworking, well-
rounded people.
For this reason, as a direct continuation of the reforms in the field of preschool education, by the
decision of the board meeting No. 4 of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of
Uzbekistan on July 7, 2018, the "First Step" state plan for preschool educational institutions was
established curriculum approved.
This state curriculum of a preschool educational institution is a normative-legal document
developed in accordance with the State requirements for the development of children of primary
and preschool age of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which the goals and tasks of a preschool
educational institution, o The main ideas of the educational activity are expressed, as well as the
main competencies of the child for the transition to the next stage of education are defined. This,
in turn, requires the organization of pedagogical processes in the preschool education system on
the basis of innovative pedagogical technologies.

Enriching the content of lectures, practical and laboratory classes in the educational process
based on new approaches, as well as organizing pedagogical practice, spiritual days and hours
with the help of improved programs for the professional and spiritual training of future
pedagogues-educators. requires. In order to ensure the effectiveness of preschool education, a
pedagogue-educator is required to have deep pedagogical psychological training, to have clear
information about the unique aspects of each student, and to strictly comply with the following
requirements when drawing up a personal plan:
- able to predict emerging pedagogical problems; for this, the future pedagogue-educator must
have the ability to anticipate and eliminate problems that will arise in the pedagogical process.
master the methods of solving the problems that arise;
to be able to choose and apply the most convenient ways to eliminate the problems that
have arisen;
having the ability to exert pedagogical influence on students and support them;
Professional skills of the future pedagogue-educator allow to effectively prepare children for
school education. The results of studying the activities of pedagogues-educators from a
pedagogical, psychological, organizational-methodological point of view show that the personal
qualities of the pedagogue-educator and his professional training are of great importance in
increasing the effectiveness of the educational activities of the students.
Accordingly, the pedagogue-educator's professional skills, knowledge and creativity are the main
factors for the formation of conscious activity and independence in the students.
During the period of pedagogical practice, the work of a future pedagogue-educator in a
preschool educational institution is of great importance in the formation of professional skills. In
the period of pedagogical practice, future pedagogues-educators have an inclination towards
their profession, a creative approach to pedagogical activities, the application of the modern
knowledge they have acquired in their practical experience, the acquisition of leadership skills, a
pedagogical-psychological study and analysis of the student's personality. , skills such as
mastering the methods of organizing cultural public events are activated and strengthened. All
this prepares students for educational activities. In addition, future pedagogues should learn a
number of rules that will be followed during their professional activities.
They are:
-formation of conscious discipline in students;
fair treatment of children;
support and help active students in the group;
proper promotion of independent activities of the students;

systematic work with pupils on assignments and their activation in this process;
It is necessary to strictly adhere to the principle of ensuring the harmony of education and social
life in the formation of professional skills of pedagogues-educators of the future preschool
educational institution. On this basis, future pedagogues-educators will master the content, forms,
tools and methods of educational work.
It can be seen that preschool education presents complex tasks to all active pedagogues.
Therefore, it is necessary to systematically develop the scientific worldview and high moral
qualities of the future pedagogues-educators, as well as the ability to behave appropriately in the
team and society.
