The article reveals the essence of the concept of “initiative”, the content and types, qualities and preferences of an initiative worker. Suggestions were also made on ways to develop initiative among employees and methods of forming this skill among students.
Prospects for The Development of The Tourism Sector in Uzbekistan
The tourism sector in Uzbekistan has witnessed significant growth over the past decade, supported by government initiatives, infrastructural investments, and an increased global interest in Central Asia’s historical and cultural heritage. This article explores the current state of tourism in Uzbekistan and examines the prospects for further development. Employing a mixed-methods approach that integrates secondary data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and field observations, this study uncovers the key drivers behind Uzbekistan’s tourism growth, including policy reforms, improved connectivity, and diversified tourist offerings. Results indicate that while there has been notable progress in heritage preservation and international marketing, challenges such as inconsistent service quality, infrastructural gaps, and inadequate human resource development continue to hamper the sector’s full potential. Discussion focuses on opportunities to enhance sustainable tourism practices, expand digital marketing, and strengthen cross-border collaboration. The article concludes that Uzbekistan stands at a pivotal juncture, with its tourism sector poised for expansion provided that policymakers, industry stakeholders, and local communities collectively foster innovation, invest in capacity-building, and prioritize cultural and environmental sustainability.
Socio-Psychological Factors of Success of Entrepreneurial Activity
Entrepreneurship is a special type of professional activity, where its relationship with the personality of a particular person comes to the fore, so the development of entrepreneurship and the nature of such development directly depend on the activity of the subject. The effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity is determined by the degree of its success, which implies the presence of psychological factors that determine this success. This fact is confirmed by the significant interest in entrepreneurship from the side of internal, psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur himself.
The Spirit of Pessimism in Arthur Schopenhauer’s Moral Philosophy
This article is dedicated to the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer, particularly focusing on his concepts of will, morality, and piety. From Schopenhauer's point of view, the will is the primary creative principle of the world, functioning as an unconscious and blind force. He bases moral consciousness on compassion, which he considers the foundation for human solidarity and overcoming selfishness. The article analyzes the contradictory relationship between goodness and the will to live: the moral individual seeks piety through an understanding of suffering, which ultimately leads to the denial of the will and results in either deep philosophical pessimism or supreme serenity. Schopenhauer's views on suicide, palingenesis, and nirvana are also explored. This analysis reveals the profound meanings behind the philosopher's pessimistic worldview and moral philosophy.

Improving Self-Development Competencies Of 10th-11th Grade Students In History Lessons
This study explores strategies for improving self-development competencies among 10th and 11th-grade students in history lessons. By integrating critical thinking exercises, empathy activities, project-based learning, and peer teaching, the research demonstrates significant enhancements in students' critical thinking, emotional intelligence, creativity, and communication skills. Data collected through surveys, classroom observations, and reflective journals reveal increased engagement and a deeper understanding of historical contexts. The findings advocate for a curriculum that prioritizes self-development competencies, preparing students to become informed, empathetic, and active participants in society. Overall, the study underscores the transformative potential of innovative history education.

The reasons for the migration of the population to and from the administrative center of the oasis, Orda, and its surroundings, and the urbanization processes in the oasis as a result of the formation of new neighborhoods, are described based on written and field research.
The Use of Miniatures in Decorating Islamic Cloaks, the Bird as a Model (an Applied Study)
The current research includes a study on using miniatures to decorate Islamic abayas, using the word "bird" as a model. The research problem was summarized as the following question: Can miniatures be utilized and employed to decorate Islamic abayas?
The current research consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the researchers outlined the research problem, identified its importance, and then stated the objective: identifying the use of miniatures in decorating Islamic abayas. They presented decorative designs for Islamic abayas (using the word "bird"). The second chapter was divided into two sections: the first (The Art of Miniatures) and the second (Drawing on Clothing and Fashion). The researchers then arrived at the most important findings of the theoretical framework as indicators representing the foundations upon which they relied in analyzing the research sample. The third chapter was devoted to the research procedures and analyzing the sample's models. Most importantly, the fourth chapter included the results: The researchers implemented new and contemporary ideas inspired by Islamic miniatures and motifs in innovative designs.

Volunteering, Social Trust, and Life Satisfaction in China's Young-Old Population: Urban-Rural Disparities
This study investigates the relationship between volunteering, social trust, and life satisfaction among the "young-old" (aged 60-74) in China, with a particular focus on urban-rural differences. As China undergoes rapid socio-economic changes, understanding the determinants of life satisfaction for older adults is increasingly important. Volunteering, social trust, and life satisfaction are interconnected factors that influence the well-being of older individuals, yet the effects of these factors might vary between urban and rural populations. Using survey data from a nationally representative sample of young-old individuals, this study explores how volunteering behaviors and social trust affect their life satisfaction across different geographical contexts.
