The article discusses the main definitions, as well as the stages of development of the concept of “social engineering”. It is determined that at different historical stages the essence of this concept underwent a change under the influence of various factors, respectively, the scope of the concept gradually changed and expanded. It is established that social engineering consists in the use of various technologies that allow an attacker to organize an illegal intrusion into an information system and seize the necessary digital information. It is argued that socioengineering attacks have become so complex that they can be compared in terms of the degree of implementation with technical types of attacks.

Abstract. This review article shows on what theoretical and legal foundations information and communication technologies have begun to be applied and improved in the activities of state authorities and management in Russia, how the goals and objectives of the legal framework for the creation of e-Government have changed over the period from 2011 to the present, the results of the implementation of this concept for the purposes of the country’s social development, the author’s opinion on solving problematic issues of its legal support.

This article deals with the issues of qualification of theft of funds with the use of information and telecommunication technologies. Modern technologies provide new opportunities for committing fraudulent actions and thefts, which creates the need to develop and improvement of methods of determination and suppression of such crimes. The article highlights the main problems associated with the qualification of crimes of this type, as well as proposed ways of solving the problem and providing an effective fight against theft of funds using information and telecommunication technologies.

This article contains an analysis of the prospects for using the digital ruble as an alternative form of the national currency in the process of fulfilling the obligation to pay public non-tax payments. An assessment of the advantages of the digital ruble in comparison with other forms of money in relation to the possibility of using the latter in the payment of mandatory payments, including public non-tax ones, has been carried out. Using the example of the sphere of customs regulation and enforcement of judicial acts, acts of other bodies and officials, the inefficiency of the measures taken by the state to introduce the digital ruble into economic circulation is shown. Taking into account the above examples, as well as the specifics of legal regulation and the legal nature of public non-tax payments, theoretical proposals have been developed for the use of the digital ruble in the process of fulfilling the obligation to pay them.

This article discusses the application of innovative pedagogical technologies in improving educational efficiency. The article analyzes the impact of innovative techniques such as interactive teaching, gamification, online learning, and personal approach on the educational process. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that an improvement in student motivation, academic performance and creative potential was achieved.

The article considers the relevance of using digital technologies to account for intellectual activity based on the systems operating at the enterprise, as well as the possibility of their development to solve some issues of digitalization of science. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals to improve the accounting system of scientific activities in order to gain access to the evaluation of the performance of employees.

This article analyzes the possibilities of artificial intelligence technologies in digitization, systematization and analysis of scientific and historical heritage. Using the example of archival materials from the Institute of Physics and Technology, the methodology and software tools of the digital platform created on the basis of practical experience are considered. The article analyzes such areas as digitization of archival documents using OCR technologies, semantic analysis, automatic classification and graphing of scientific knowledge.

The author analyzes the most common forms of using the Internet in working with scientific sources and examines the most common misconceptions about the positive impact of digital technologies on the cognitive abilities of students.

The study analyzes the impact of these platforms on educational processes and identifies strategies to stimulate creative thought through their utilization. Additionally, it provides practical guidance on how to promote creativity in educational settings through the utilization of contemporary digital platforms.

Изучение иностранного языка всегда сопряжено с множеством проблем. Среди этих проблем на первом месте стоит подлинность материалов. Возможность получать обновленные материалы является преимуществом на уроках английского языка. Многие книги, аудио материалы, видео и компакт-диски часто устаревают к моменту поступления в класс. Это часто создает проблемы для учителей, поскольку они обычно вынуждены использовать только те материалы, которые используют на своем рабочем месте. Используя интернет студенты и преподаватели могут найти любую необходимую для проекта информацию: о музеях и их выставках по всему миру; о текущих событиях в разных уголках мира и реакции людей на эти события; об экологической ситуации в разных частях мира; о национальных праздниках; статистика по. широкий спектр вопросов и т. д.

Technology has become an essential part of our today's life, influencing various sectors worldwide. Technology is not only widely used in developed countries but also plays a significant role in various fields in our own country. In the 21st century, known as the era of technology, new types of technology are increasing day by day. For example: new version of computers, televisions, mobile phones, laptops and artificial intelligence. It is fair to say that technological advancements have made our lives easier and more comfortable than previous years. This article explores the role of technology in society, its contribution to different sectors, its development and success, as well as its positive and negative impact on humanity.

Abstract. The increase in the number of self-employed persons has led to the fact that their work has begun to be actively used by the business community to replace labor relations, which leads to both a decrease in collected tax and insurance contributions, and the need to protect the labor and social rights of such persons. Tax authorities, having a large amount of data and information about the self-employed and the companies they work with, not only independently exercise tax control, but also provide this information to the bodies supervising compliance with labor legislation, as well as newly created interdepartmental commissions to combat illegal employment. At the same time, a number of questions arise, both on the content of the provision of information, and on the preservation of tax secrecy by those persons who will work with this information and data, which requires appropriate additions to the tax legislation. The paper analyzes the latest changes in legislation related to the creation of interdepartmental commissions to combat illegal employment and defines the role of tax authorities in providing such commissions with the data and information necessary for their effective work.

В статье разработано место информационных технологий в системе образования, ряд постановлений и программ правительства Кыргызской Республики по вопросам преобразования, развития и гармонизации образования с мировым уровнем. К 2040 году были представлены три основные задачисистемы образования, второй из которых было повышение качестваобразования. Одним из путей реализации этого является использование информационных технологий для повышения качества образования студентов. Кроме того, в данной статье мы сосредоточили внимание на исследовательской работе ученых СНГ и Кыргызстана в этом направлении. Обсуждались место и уровень использования ИКТ сегодня, преимущества их использования, выявление некоторых проблем в их использовании и пути их устранения. В результате анкетирования студентов показано, что информация учебногопроцесса полезна в их деятельности. 

Zamon taraqqiy etgan sari jamiyatda axborotga bo‘lgan talab va ehtiyoj ham ortib bormoqda, ayniqsa, axborot texnologiyalarining kun sayin rivojlanib borishi axborotlar hajmining ham ortib borishiga xizmat qilib kelmoqda. Bu kabi axborotlar ichida ma’lum ma’noda himoyani, maxfiylikni va sir saqlanishini talab etadiganlari ham bo‘ladi, negaki, bu toifadagi ma’lumotlarning oshkor bo‘lishi, o‘g‘irlanishi yoki yo‘q qilinishi kabi holatlar tashkilot uchun katta talofotlarni, moliyaviy yoki moddiy zararlarni olib kelishi mumkin. Bu kabi holatlarni oldini olish uchun esa qanday soha bo‘lmasin albatta, axborot xavfsizligini, uning himoyasi va muhofazasini amalga oshirishi lozim.

This article shows how digital technologies play an important role in developing critical thinking skills among future elementary school teachers. It also mentions the need to use innovative teaching methods to eliminate problems that arise in the process.
