FREQUENT COMPLICATIONS OF DENTAL IMPLANTATION

Against the background of the introduction of dental implantation into a dental
practice, the expansion of the testimony to implantation and, despite the avalanche-
shaped increase in the number of implants installed by dentists, does not decrease,
and according to a number of authors, the number of complications increases.
Despite the fact that implantation in recent years has a high level of success in
the early postoperative period, more and more information about the risk of remote
complications appears in the scientific literature. Inflammation of the tissues
surrounding an osteogenic implant is one of the main problems of implantology.
So, according to F. Van Velzen et al. (2014) The frequency of successful
implants amounted to 91.6% of cases, but in the future 10-year observation showed
that 7% of patients develop peri-implantitis. N. A. Khachikyan et al. (2015) report
that the frequency of complications ranges from 10 to 15%.
The reasons, according to various authors, are several factors affecting the
development of peri-implantitis. One of the reasons is the loss of bone tissue
associated with a genetic predisposition. The resulting L. Sun et al. (2016) Data on
MICRORNA- 137, which plays a key role in many biological processes, such as
morphogenesis, invasion, proliferation, differentiation, metabolism, apoptosis and
cellular migration, confirm the key value of the genomes of the cells of the source
tissue in the system with other factors affecting the outcome implantation.
According to foreign researchers, peri-implantitis mucositis and peri-
implantitis arise as a result of the underestimation of risk factors, errors in planning
the treatment, and effects of anaerobic flora with high adhesiveness, invasiveness,
and toxicity.
In Ettlingen in 1993, at the European seminar, peri-implemental diseases were
also defined and described.
On the 7th European seminar in 2011, it was noted, the presence of bleeding
during probing is associated with a change in the height of the alveolar ridge, which
is a key feature of the periimplantitis.
According to the clip of A and its co-authors: assessing the success of
implantation, it is also appropriate to allocate some problems related to this
treatment. Both technical and biological complications are often ignored, reporting
the long-term results after implantation. On the etiology of peri-implement diseases,
various opinions were expressed. Some even ignore this condition as a clinical
problem.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTISEPTIC DRUGS IN CHILDREN IN
COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CHRONIC CATARAL GINGIVITIS

Chronic catarrhal gingivitis is a problem of modern dentistry, its high
prevalence, tendency to progress, and multifaceted effects on the dental-skeletal
system and the div in general. This is especially true in young patients, as patients
are not always ready to pay attention to their dental health, and untimely treatment
leads to more periodontal tissue damage.
The high prevalence of periodontal inflammatory diseases among children,
labor intensity and lack of radical treatments, and the effectiveness of the existing
system for the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease require a new early
diagnosis and differential approach to treat this pathology. Many drugs that have
anti-inflammatory effects are used in dental practice today. An analysis of the
literature shows the uncertainty of the results of the application of different methods
of treatment and prevention of chronic gingivitis. Therefore, it is expedient to
develop and study the effectiveness of the use of Hepilor in children in the treatment
of chronic catarrhal gingivitis.
Hepilor drug - an oral solution, has antibacterial and antifungal effect,
analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect. The drug acts on gram-positive
and gramnegative microorganisms, aerobes (staphylococci, streptococci,
actinomycetes) and anaerobes (fusobacteria, prevotels, porphyromonads,
treponema) in dental caries. At the same time, it disrupts their growth and
development. The active ingredients of the drug Hepilor remain in the mucous
membrane of the oral cavity, and their gradual release has a long-term therapeutic
effect.
Purpose of the study
: The aim of this study was to increase the efficacy of
treatment of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children of pubertal age using the drug
Hepilor.
