Causes of inadequate medical care

The paper is devoted to the analyses of reasons of rendering medical aid defects. Divided into 3 groups of causes: the subjective, objective, organizational. Among the causes the majority presented subjective and organizational ones. Among subjective causes inadequate examination and careless management of patients as well as inadequate qualification of medical personnel prevailed and in most cases they were observed in medi-cal practice of obstetricians – gynecologists, surgeons, pediatrists, internists, paramedical personnel. With this, subjective causes resulted in diagnostic and treatment defects on the whole.
