The combination of rheumatoid arthritis and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis can have adverse prognostic significance for the patients’ quality of life of. Identify relationships between the rheumatoid arthritis course, treatment methods and liver morpho-functional state, skeletal system, lipid metabolism, intensity of lipid perox-idation under a combination of rheumatoid arthritis and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. All patients were exam-ined with including of morphological study of the liver, skeletal system, blood lipid spectrum, syndrome peroxi-dation and endotoxemia. Correlation interaction between quantitative variables were calculated using the Pearson coefficient. Correlation analysis of the calculation coefficient Spearman's rank correlation was used to assess the relationship between signs
