Features of clinical course of the acute calculous cholecystitis in patients with diabetes

In this article below has been investigated clinical course of acute cholecystitis in 65 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the Republic Emergency Medical Scientific Center and 1 st Tashkent City Clinical Hospital. After investigation, we have come to the following conclusions: 1. Progressive acute chol-ecystitis in patients with diabetes in case of fruitless after conservative is indication for surgery. 2. The op-eration of choice for patients who were mentioned above is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 3. If patients con-dition improves it is preferable to delay operation for later period
