Clinical feature immunologcheskaya obstructive bronchitis in infants and rationale therapies

We observed 65 children with obstructive bronchitis and 35 patients with acute bronchitis at the age from 3 months to 3 years. We have developed a group that includes children at risk for the likelihood of de-veloping obstructive bronchitis. Dynamic immunological study revealed reduction factors phagocytic activi-ty of neutrophils, cellular immunity, and developing a transient failure of humoral immunity by increasing the duration of the disease. Analysis of the results enable T-activin at a dose of 2 mg / kg for 5 days in the complex therapy of obstructive bronchitis confirmed their rationality, especially frequently ill children with recurrent obstructive bronchitis, as well as children with a history of premorbid background.
