Complex functional treatment of congenital dislocation of the femur in children

The work is based on the analysis of the results of examination and treatment of 538658 patients (1,077,316 joints) for the period from 2006 to 2016. Children from the first month of life to 1 year were ob-served in the polyclinic department of pediatric orthopedics. The patients were divided into 3 age groups, tak-ing into account the timing of the diagnosis and taking them into account. Thus, the analysis of long-term re-sults after the closed repositioning of congenital dislocation of the hip in one year and 5 years in three age groups showed that in 89% of cases, good clinical and radiologic indices in children in the group from 1 to 3 months were observed
