Features of the clinical course of chronic hcv infection and the factors of its prediction

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the associative relationships of biochemical indices of the in-flammatory process with the virus C genotypes in patients with chronic hepatitis in representatives of the Uzbek population. The subject of the study were patients with HCV-infection and cirrhosis of the liver, as well as healthy donors, in which DNA samples were obtained. Specific features of the clinical course and association of the genotype of virus C with biochemical indices for different severity of the course of CVHC were deter-mined
