Value of bnp level in early diagnosis of chronic heart failure in patients with arterial hypertension

NUP type B was studied in 80 patients with chronic heart failure in patients with arterial hypertension. Of them, in 32 (40%) patients with arterial hypertension with obvious clinical signs of CHRONIC HEART FAILURE, the number of NUP was higher than the normal values. The remaining 48 patients (60%), which arterial hypertension with CHRONIC HEART FAILURE clinical and instrumental signs of moderate group of 37 patients (77.1%) of blood plasma BNP amount of the normal parameters identified low (less than 200 pg / ml). 11 (22.9%) of the amount of the BNP 220+ 10.1 pg / ml (normal parameters identified above). That is, patients of this group still have the development of CHRONIC HEART FAILURE, despite the fact that patients do not have clinical and instrumental signs
