Efficiency of laparoscopic adheolisis in acute adhesive colon obstruction

During the last century till today adhesive disease is one of the difficult problems of abdominal sur-gery and its developing in 2-15% of postoperative patients. The aim of this research is improvement of the results of surgical treatment of patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction by using laparoscopic ad-hesiolysis. Ultrasound examination should be performed to the patients who were operated before with lapa-rotomic access which may to find adhesive process. Ultrasound examination dates adhesive process to op-portunity suppose availability adhesive and determine volume of operation. Laparoscopic adhesiolysis re-duced the risk of developing recurrence of adhesive process of abdominal cavity and it’s mini invasive method which helps fast rehabilitation patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction
