Comparative analysis of efficiency of hormonal therapy in advanced prostate cancer patients

The study included 235 patients with advanced prostate cancer (PCa). There was provided compara-tive study of the effectiveness of the treatment methods, based on combination of the biosynthesis of andro-gen suppression (LHRH analogues) and prevent the binding of androgens (anti-androgens) to their receptors in the prostate tissue - hormone "maximal androgen blockade" (MAB). Certain path we select the optimum mode of hormonal therapy, depending on prognostic factors have led to improve treatment outcomes and quality of life of patients with advanced prostate cancer
