Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellektning (SI) oftalmologiya sohasidagi qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari, asosiy yo‘nalishlari va istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Diabetik retinopatiya, glaukoma, yoshga bog‘liq makulyar degeneratsiya kabi keng tarqalgan ko‘z kasalliklarini erta aniqlashda mashinaviy va chuqur o‘rganishga asoslangan algoritmlarning afzalliklari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, SI yordamida tashxis tezligi va aniqligini oshirish, masofaviy skrining o‘tkazish hamda jarrohlik amaliyotini rejalashtirishdagi qulayliklar ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. O‘zbekiston sharoitida sun’iy intellektni joriy etishning dolzarbligi, ma’lumotlar bazasini boyitish va tibbiyot xodimlarini raqamli texnologiyalar bilan ishlashga o‘rgatish zarurligi alohida ta’kidlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari sun’iy intellekt oftalmologik yordam sifatini oshirishda muhim amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi.

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellektning (SI) oftalmologiya sohasidagi

qo‘llanish imkoniyatlari, asosiy yo‘nalishlari va istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Diabetik retinopatiya,
glaukoma, yoshga bog‘liq makulyar degeneratsiya kabi keng tarqalgan ko‘z kasalliklarini erta
aniqlashda mashinaviy va chuqur o‘rganishga asoslangan algoritmlarning afzalliklari yoritilgan.

Shuningdek, SI yordamida tashxis tezligi va aniqligini oshirish, masofaviy skrining

o‘tkazish hamda jarrohlik amaliyotini rejalashtirishdagi qulayliklar ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.

O‘zbekiston sharoitida sun’iy intellektni joriy etishning dolzarbligi, ma’lumotlar bazasini

boyitish va tibbiyot xodimlarini raqamli texnologiyalar bilan ishlashga o‘rgatish zarurligi
alohida ta’kidlanadi.

Tadqiqot natijalari sun’iy intellekt oftalmologik yordam sifatini oshirishda muhim amaliy

ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi.

Аннотация. В данной статье анализируются возможности, основные

направления и перспективы применения искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в
офтальмологии. Отмечены преимущества алгоритмов, основанных на машинном и
глубоком обучении, в раннем выявлении распространенных заболеваний глаз, таких как
диабетическая ретинопатия, глаукома, возрастная макулярная дегенерация. Также
показано удобство повышения скорости и точности диагностики с помощью ИИ,
проведения дистанционного скрининга и планирования хирургических вмешательств.

Подчеркивается актуальность внедрения искусственного интеллекта в условиях

Узбекистана, необходимость расширения базы данных и обучения медицинских
работников работе с цифровыми технологиями. Результаты исследования показывают,
что искусственный интеллект имеет важное практическое значение в повышении
качества офтальмологической помощи.

Abstract. This article analyzes the possibilities, main directions and prospects of the

application of artificial intelligence (AI) in ophthalmology. The advantages of algorithms based
on machine and deep learning in the early detection of common eye diseases such as diabetic
retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration are highlighted. Also, the convenience
of increasing the speed and accuracy of diagnosis with the help of AI, conducting remote
screening and planning surgical procedures is shown. The relevance of introducing artificial
intelligence in the conditions of Uzbekistan, the need to enrich the database and train medical
workers to work with digital technologies are emphasized. The results of the study show that
artificial intelligence is of significant practical importance in improving the quality of
ophthalmological care.

Bugungi kunda tibbiyotning deyarli barcha sohalarida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalari

keng qo‘llanila boshladi. Ayniqsa, ko‘z kasalliklarini aniqlash va davolash bilan shug‘ullanuvchi
oftalmologiyada bu yo‘nalish juda dolzarb. Ko‘rish tizimi juda murakkab bo‘lgani uchun tashxis
qo‘yishda ko‘p hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni tez va aniq tahlil qilish talab etiladi. Shu sababli sun’iy
intellekt imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish nafaqat shifokor ishini yengillashtiradi, balki bemorga
ko‘rsatiladigan yordam sifatini ham oshiradi.

Sun’iy intellekt qanday ishlaydi?

Asosan mashinaviy o‘rganish va chuqur o‘rganish deb ataladigan texnologiyalar asosida

yaratilgan dasturlar ko‘z tasvirlarini o‘rganib, undagi o‘zgarishlarni aniqlay oladi. Masalan,
retina suratlari, OCT tekshiruvlari yoki biomikroskopiya natijalarini o‘qib, kasallik belgilari bor-
yo‘qligini avtomatik tahlil qiladi.

Bu jarayon katta hajmdagi ma’lumotni tezda qayta ishlashni talab qilgani sababli inson

ko‘zidan ko‘ra tezroq va aniqlik bilan natija bera oladi.

Asosiy qo‘llanish yo‘nalishlari

Diabetik retinopatiya.

Sun’iy intellekt yordamida retina tasvirlarini tahlil qilib, diabet

tufayli yuzaga keladigan o‘zgarishlarni erta aniqlash mumkin. Bu, ayniqsa, shifokorlar
yetishmaydigan hududlarda skrining o‘tkazishda katta yordam beradi.

Glaukoma.

Optik nerv boshidagi kichik o‘zgarishlarni ham SI erta payqay oladi, bu

kasallikning ko‘rishni sekin yo‘qotuvchi “jim o‘g‘ri” sifatidagi xavfini kamaytiradi.

Makulyar degeneratsiya.

Yoshga bog‘liq ko‘rish kasalliklarida erta tashxis

davolashning eng muhim sharti hisoblanadi. AI dasturlari OCT tasvirlarida kasallikning
dastlabki belgilarini ko‘rsatib bera oladi.

Jarrohlik amaliyoti.

Katarakta operatsiyalarida femto-lazerli usullarni rejalashtirish,

refraktiv jarrohlikda parametrlarni hisoblash kabi jarayonlarda ham sun’iy intellekt
qo‘llanmoqda.

Afzalliklari

Bunday texnologiyalar shifokorga yordamchi sifatida juda foydali:

tashxisni tezlashtiradi, inson xatoligini kamaytiradi;

masofaviy (onlayn) skriningni amalga oshirish imkonini beradi;

shifokor vaqtini bemor bilan ko‘proq ishlashga yo‘naltirishga yordam beradi.

Cheklovlar

Shu bilan birga, sun’iy intellekt to‘liq mustaqil ishlay olmaydi. Dasturlarni ishga tushirish

uchun katta va sifatli ma’lumotlar bazasi kerak, bemor shaxsiy ma’lumotlarini himoya qilish
masalasi ham dolzarb. Eng muhimi, yakuniy tashxisni har doim shifokor qo‘yishi lozim – AI
faqat yordamchi vosita xolos.

O‘zbekiston uchun imkoniyatlar

Mamlakatimizda diabetik retinopatiya, glaukoma va katarakta ko‘rish qobiliyatini

yo‘qotishning asosiy sabablari bo‘lib qolmoqda. Shuning uchun sun’iy intellekt asosida
ishlaydigan skrining tizimlarini joriy etish va shifokorlarni zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar
bilan ishlashga o‘rgatish katta natija berishi mumkin.
