This study is devoted to the study of the methodology of developing professional competence of future doctors through the audio-auscultation training method. Using an example from the discipline of pediatric propaedeutics, it was shown that structured audio exercises serve to increase students' diagnostic skills, auditory sensitivity, clinical thinking and confidence in working with patients. The results of the study confirm that audio-auscultation training is an effective tool in training competent and patient-oriented doctors in modern medical education.
