IMPROVING INNOVATION PROCESSES IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN UZBEKISTAN
This article analyzes the innovative transformation processes of Uzbek commercial banks. It highlights how the service model of banks is changing through the introduction of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud services, blockchain, and open banking systems. It also examines the existing problems - the outdated IT infrastructure, the lack of qualified specialists, the weak digital culture, and regulatory restrictions - with substantiated evidence. The article provides proposals for legislative reforms, personnel training, increasing financial literacy, and technological innovation to accelerate the transformation. Based on analytical approaches, the prospects for the digital development of the banking system of Uzbekistan are clarified.
