Abstract

This article analyzes the main problems in the system of ensuring the execution of judicial documents and their solutions. The study examines the legal, organizational and economic obstacles to ensuring the execution of court decisions and proposes effective solutions based on international experience. The results show that the effectiveness of the system of ensuring the execution of judicial documents directly depends on the institutional capacity of the executive bodies, the perfection of the legal framework and the level of digitalization.
