This article examines the theoretical foundations of literary analysis methods and their significance in understanding a literary work as a multilayered system. It explores the essence, analytical mechanisms, and interpretive functions of structural–semiotic, linguopoetic, psychological, sociocultural, and comparative approaches. The study highlights each method’s contribution to revealing semantic, aesthetic, and compositional layers of the text and scientifically substantiates the effectiveness of a complex, multimethod approach. The article emphasizes the importance of methodological synthesis in contemporary literary studies.References
