This article discusses the role of our main source, the Constitution, in ensuring human rights and freedoms, the guarantees in our Constitution for a free and prosperous life for citizens, healthcare, education, labor, social protection, environmental safety, family support, and the opportunities created for people with disabilities and young people. At the same time, it is stated that the country is responsible for ensuring that every citizen living in the region lives freely and prosperously without any restrictions, as well as for the policies and reforms being developed in this regard.References
