Abstract

This article analyzes the significance of buses, trams, trolleybuses, and electric buses in improving the urban passenger transport system, focusing on their technical, economic, and environmental efficiency. Special attention is given to the role of electrified and energy-efficient transport in creating a sustainable transport system for modern cities. The article compares the advantages and disadvantages of each transport mode and proposes future development directions.
